Hiding in the Light

Everyone always asks about being in the light. What does that mean?

Light is another word for the awakened state of consciousness. Light workers are people who have found their way into this state and who want to assist others to find their way as well. All of this is good and meant to keep you on track to understanding the truth of your being.

What do we mean by the title, Hiding in the Light?

There are some who have come to an understanding about energy and intention. They have been able to make the connection from the human perspective of material life to the spiritual perspective of working with energy and intention to create deliberately that which is desired.

Hiding in the light is when you have come to a state of understanding but yet still do not feel the full effect of being immersed in the understanding or wisdom of the ages such that there is a discrepancy between your knowledge and your truth or perspective/beliefs.

When you are immersed in the light you are made to know all that is possible. When you choose to ignore the understanding or act from a base of fear you are denying your abilities to be a light worker or one who can be herself in the light and assisting others in their pursuit of discovery.

Let it be known now that there are many paths to this place of knowledge and one of them is a ledge on which you find yourself between the familiar and the unknown. Taking that step off the ledge into the unknown is the bravest and most courageous thing you can do. Learning to trust that in the light all things are revealed to you at the proper time will give you the added security of knowing that you do not need to hide any more in the light. Let it take you to the next step. Trust it to guide you fully and with complete support. No more hiding, it is time to make the leap and follow your heart's desire fully knowing your power and the power of those who surround and support you.

Mind Games – Bending the Mind to the Will of God

The following is a channeled message from my angels and guides:

People believe what they choose to believe. In all of history it has been this way. We speak to you today on behalf of those who have been here before and who know and understand the challenges of earthly life. For those of you who have a hard time believing that we are here and can speak through a channel, we feel for you. Let those of you who have crossed into the knowingness enough to accept this as truth be healed and lighted for this leg of the journey. Those of you who are struggling with making the connection between belief and disbelief, know this: all good things are waiting for you when you are ready. There isn’t a day that goes by without a blessing. Know this to be true!

We tell you this because most of the time you are walking around in a fog created by illusions and thoughts that compete for “air time” in your mind. This air time we are talking about is the space created in your mind for active thinking, dreaming and imagining. When you are in a state of worry for example, you are pulling resources and energy away from the creative powers that exist naturally as part of your inheritance – your beingness as a child of God.

We use the term God here because there is no other word that you use to describe the allness, oneness or greatness that is the LOVE that powers and sustains all that is. We can call it LOVE but you may become confused with the term. LOVE truly is the same as God and God is love. So there is no distinction. You may use which ever term you feel most fits with your consciousness.
Please give me time to explain this to you. It will not come out all at one setting. Rita you have been given a gift. This gift is the ability to clearly hear us and to articulate in very good English what it is that we would like to say. Even these words are merely being dictated into your mind and you are writing them for us. Sometimes we use the knowledge already stored in your mind to create ideas, words, images and metaphors. This is just easier. When we see that you have grasped the concept, we move on.

Teachers tend to want to bring everyone back to the very beginning, for clarity sake, before expanding outward into new material. We will do this as well. Be patient as it unfolds, for we may be reviewing information that you have previously learned and which at this point seems utterly ordinary, but remember, to a novice, it is all new and very, very necessary to build the proper foundation for more knowledge.

Love comes to us not as a birthright, but rather as the whole of who and what you are. There is no separation between you and Love or you and God as it were. The concept must be grasped fully before we move on.
Love is and so are you. Divinity exists in all things – and so do you. You are divine. You are holy. You are also a creation of Divinity’s mind. You see, just as you would imagine a picture that you paint, Divinity or Love created you as a reflection of its thoughts and meanderings. Just as you would want to capture an essence, a feeling or just something beautiful, so has Divinity created you. You are not alone and never can be alone. It is impossible to think of the concept “alone” for us. It simply does not compute! For even when you are stranded on a desert island, you are among friends. The sands, the waters, the fish, the trees, the birds, the sunshine, the oxygen molecules are all with you. And that is just on the physical realm or level! Stop for a moment and consider where you are among the stars, among the spirit world. Please understand there is nothing more important for you to know right know than that you are not and never can be alone, unassisted or unsupported. That is simply impossible. Is a drop of water alone? No, because it can be evaporated back into the atmosphere from which it was formed and be used again to create another raindrop. Matter is neither created nor destroyed – it simply IS and always will be. You are no different. Your energy, your spirit is like the drop of water.

My Declaration of Divinity

Okay, so you've been listening to Talk-n-Angels Radio Show and you hear me talking about how the angels and guides have given me direct downloads of wisdom and understanding. I have heard their messages. I talk to them every day. I fully understand their love for us and God's love for us. Now it's time for me, Rita Strough, to make my own declaration of Divinity.

I hold these truths to be self evident, that all people are Divine Beings, infinitely perfect, timeless, free, intelligent, whole, fully supported, blessed, cherished, and loved beyond human capacity to understand love.

I am a divine being, and so are you.
I am beautiful, and so are you.
I am powerful, and so are you.
I am filled with light and love, and so are you.
I resonate peace, and so do you.

Living here, now, I vow to pay attention to everything in my experience: my thoughts, my feelings, my desires. I vow to listen with attention and to speak thoughtfully knowing that words are most powerful when spoken with intention.

I vow to give of myself every day, freely and joyously, knowing that this could be my last day here on earth.

I devote myself to seeing the best in people and situations.

We are born here to learn, to love and to be angels to one another.

I choose to live in Love and imagine a world filled with peaceful beings, cooperating in harmonious unity, to fulfill our dreams, fully engaged with our spiritual family of angels and light beings, enjoying our duality of heaven and earth, spirit and flesh, co-creating our world.

Wise Investments

The journey of self discovery is one that continues for a lifetime. For even when great masters achieve enlightenment, they continue to live and walk among us on the earth, working and bathing, crying and laughing. Nothing changes and yet, everything changes. You begin to invest wisely in the only "currency" that will never be devalued - LOVE.

Have you spoken to your angels today? Have you asked what messages they have for you? Listening and asking. These are two vital activities for anyone on a spiritual path. For when we ask, we receive and when we believe without doubt, we are given gifts that far surpass anything we could have imagined.

My journey started long ago when I began to question my own faith traditions. I wondered what it all meant, why we were all here and what was the point of living then dying. Legacies seemed to be what was left when a person died and it had to be something great or it would be quickly forgotten. What I have come to understand as the truth is quite simple. The memorials that humans create to honor and remember are subject to the whims of the physical world. Statues and graves, memorabelia all will in time be worn out and forgotten. But the beauty that we give and bestow upon others, the light that we shine in the darkness, the kindness we show to a person lives on in eternity. These memorials are the permanent, indestructible investments based on love that continue to bless us in this life and the ones to follow.

Be sure to spend your energy on laying up stores of good works, with a grateful heart full of love. Give of yourself in this way so that when you leave this place, you will be assured a smooth and comfortable transition. All that you say, do and think matters greatly. Remember this and be thankful. Co-create something beautiful today! And if you don't know how, start talking to your angels. They know exactly what to do.

What is Your Practice?

As with anything worthwhile, to achieve your desires, you require practice. A pianist requires practice every day to achieve the ability to play flawlessly. A painter requires practice to understand more fully the use of the medium to create art. A martial artist requires continual practice, each time stretching the boundaries of what is possible, to achieve a state of supreme flexibility, unmatched strength and increasing awareness of surroundings and situations. Practice applies to all great athletes, sales people, doctors, hair stylists, auto mechanics…whatever you do, whatever you practice becomes your daily practice and your specialty.

So too does the practice of tuning into spirit and communicating with your soul for the purpose of understanding yourself and your world. As a practice, one must continually put forth effort and time to the practices of mind/body communion. In this sense of the word, “communion” means that both the body and the mind are aware of each other – feeling each other – in a way that actual communication occurs. Being that tuned into the body and that aware of the thoughts running through your mind is a practice that requires continual time and effort. The “observer” of the body and the mind is the higher self, or soul, or spirit – whatever term you feel best describes it for you. This “trinity” that is YOU, is responsible for all outer appearances and circumstances in your life.

The Great Mystery in which this trinity, this YOU lives also has an influence in your world. For even though you were given the power to create your world, to change and to recreate yourself over and over again, the Great Mystery has a vast plan – a master plan – of which you are an irreplaceable part. It is for this reason that there are often circumstances in your life that you cannot change, no matter how practiced you are at the art of mind/body/spirit awareness. The Great Mystery will be using you in ways that you cannot predict or control. This is where trust and faith comes into the picture. You must rely on trust and faith to KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that the Great Mystery has your best interests in mind when it uses you, as you were created, for the purpose for which IT designed you.

When you give yourself over to those practices which bring you joy, you are following the instructions that were “coded” into you by the Great Mystery. When people say, “Follow Your Dreams!” what they mean is that by doing what it is you always wanted to do you are doing what you were programmed to do. If you deny yourself the practice of this passion, exercising your free will to choose to follow a different path, you most likely will feel very disoriented, stressed, and unfulfilled because that path does not resonate with your program. However if you follow the path that makes you happiest, you will find joy and along the way, be confronted with situations that will test your resolve just to force you to stretch a little further – showing that you truly believe and desire this dream. It is in these times of struggle that you are given the best opportunities to stretch and grow.

Continual practice allows you to move gracefully through these growth stages and not be derailed by fear or anger or frustration. You will feel these emotions, but you will fall back on your practices to connect your awareness once again to your mind/body/spirit for clarification and guidance. Exercises will come to you that will allow you to further process what is happening and you will achieve a state of peaceful awareness. Remember to relax. Relaxing into whatever is happening to you allows all of your creativity and energy to flow freely into the situation thereby relieving stress and returning you to a state of peace.

Whether your mind/body/spirit practice includes yoga or meditation, long walks in the woods, or simply staring at a flower, keep at it and remember that you are not alone in any of this noble work that you do. At all times you are surrounded with angels and guides. Loved ones who have dropped their bodies exist forever in Spirit and also come by to visit with you from time to time. You can recall them instantly in your mind and spend a moment or two in communion with their spirits. Learning how to do this is what the spiritual practice is all about. It includes connecting your awareness or consciousness with all parts of yourself (mind/body/spirit), and reaching beyond yourself to connect with those in the Spirit realm who are here to assist you in your earthly journey.

Intention, Focus, Action and Prayer (asking and allowing) are a practice. Keep at it, for it is definitely worthwhile and life changing.

Norse Gods Again!!

I was doing a channeled angel communication for someone and her angel came to me looking very much like the picture you see here. Her name came through as "Fehliyha" and she was very feminine and connected with earth and animals.

After doing this communication, I felt guided to select a rune for myself. The symbol Fehu came in - rune of wealth. After reading the interpretation of this symbol, I saw that it is connected to the Norse Goddess Freyja. "Fehliyha" "Freyja" --- too much of a coincidence I think. Then searching for an image of Freyja and finding an almost identical match to the vision I had of this person's angel, it just made me feel like once again, the Norse mythological gods are active and wanting to come forth with an important message.

Let me ask now, as I write this, if Freyja herself can provide a channeled message for us.

Freyja, what message do you have for us?

Ragnarok has indeed begun. But do not be frightened. This is a time of great upheaval. You will come to see that the Gods and the Beasts are existing side by side on this great planet. And you will come to know the difference between the benefits of being one or the other. Gods understand and connect with love within the realm of angels and others who are here to surround and protect creation with love, humility and gentle kindness. Beasts are those who think only of themselves and wish to perpetuate a civilizaion that relies on preying on the weak and conquering those who have what they want. This is the great turning around point for every single person alive today. To choose that which they desire. To run with the pack that pleases them and to let The God sort out the ending. Being who you are means being light or dark. Being fully present in the light or fully submerged beneath the cloak of fear, greed and anger. One will win. We are here to support those who are brave enough to mount the good cause. To fight for the rights of the needy and to do it with the bravest methods. Good, solid loving kindness. Integrity and truth can prevail. It is in our hearts to see the good Gods prevail against the beasts. And we will pursue those who wish to take up the struggle for peace and prosperity.

Fast winds will carry your steadfast prayers. Insist on love. Hope for peace. Act with courage.

Faith in the Face of Obstacles

Dear Angels, what message do you have for our listeners this week?

If you have but the faith of a mustard seed, you will say to the mountain "Move!" and it will move. Our brother, Jesus, said these words to illustrate the idea that you have incredible powers if only you are to trust and believe that they exist.

Faith in the power of yourself, and the power of the Father, to move mountains is the essence of being a child of God. To understand this, move only a tiny object from one place to another and see how effortless it is. Remember that your Father in Heaven is like the holder of the universe. To All That Is, obstacles are merely toys at times to be picked up and moved that easily.

When you have a life lesson to learn from an obstacle or a hardship, there are many ways to "move" your mountain. Here are a few that will begin your contemplation for today's message:

1. Leave it as it is - do not resist the mountain (obstacle or hardship). Let it be and recognize it for what it is, a means to strengthening your own inner being.

2. Pick it up and move it - take action to recognize your power over the seeming obstacle. Let it know that you are powerful and that you are capable of creating whatever is needed along with the assistance (faith) in the Father. For this life you are practicing creation. One fifth of the creation process involves trusting and believing that you will receive that which you desire. Having this type of faith is not simply throwing your hands in the air and giving in, but rather, holding in your mind that which you desire and giving it all the love and attention it deserves INSTEAD OF recognizing and acknowleging what you do not want. Take action in your mind and heart to adjust your desire frequency so that you can match that which you desire.

3 Work with It - take the time to befriend the obstacle. For example, if you are lonely and wanting to have a relationship with a partner romantically, have a romantic relationship with yourself. Take yourself so seriously as to give it everything it desires from a delicious meal to a fun movie. Bring yourself a gift of love and give it first to yourself. Be happy by yourself and then you shall be open and shall have changed your vibration so as to attract the good and loving partner that the Father has in store for you if that is what you desire. Use the energy of lonliness to resurrect within you a love for yourself and become a friend to yourself.

Believe that you are in charge of your life, because you are - up to a certain point. And then, the Father/Universe has a say in what you are and what you become. All your deepest desires spring from the Creator's impulse or WILL for you. When you become attuned to this will, beyond and above your own will, then you will begin to test and see evidence that your faith is real, effective and one of the most powerful ways to transform your life situation.

These ways are proven and we tell you that you can have what it is you desire. Have Faith!

Creative Energy Misuse

Dear Angels,
What can you tell me about my personal journey? Why do i still lapse back into feeling confusion or that I am not being as productive as I should? I am criticizing myself and know I should not do that. What can you tell me?

Always allow for yourself to be given proper rest and nutrition. When you are not rested properly or the body has been overworked, you have a tendancy to become easily distracted and frustrated. All of this leads to feelings of unrest. The mere fact that you have asked us this question points to the cause as one of exhaustion, both physical and mental.

When you are in a creative mood, use that energy to create. Do not divert it into mundane activities that drain the energy away. This is the distracting part. Taking the divine inspiration and channeling it into other activities instead of the activity it is meant to support simply delays the manifestation of the outcome you desire.

For example, you have been wanting to do much work to create a center of healing and peace. Yet you persist in pursuing the growing of the cleaning company. Both of these are noble pursuits, but you are using energy in both areas and these are both areas that are useful, yet, the one does not sing to your heart as the one true reason for your being here.

Yes, you are being a blessing to each home you enter and cleaning does provide you with a feeling of accomplishment and pride. These are both very good for you. There are always ways of accomplishing these feelings that you desire and the path of the spiritual teacher has many ways to give you feelings of fear, inadequacy and also the fear of rejection. Cleaning seems safer to you and this is why you pursue it so heavily. Also, the income it brings is rewarding in and of itself, yet look how hard you must push your body to accomplish this goal.

When you are ready to move closer to the calling of your heart, the spiritual teacher in you will take charge and will become the one which can sense its own power and authority. There will no longer be feelings of inadequacy or fear of rejection. It will come down to the matter of your heart accomplishing what it knows it must accomplish and to the end of all other pursuits, you will move fully into that version of you. Writing, teaching, leading, providing space for people to feel their own spiritual awakening and with your assitance and others who will work with you, there will be great rejoicing at the dawning of this new creation of yours. So do not despair. We are working with you now to continue releasing fears and you will become more confident in the days ahead.

Let yourself be relaxed and happy in your daily pursuits always maintaining enough rest and nutrition so your body can be at it's most healthful. Then relax into our guidance and be brave to follow your heart's promptings. This is possible. All things are possible. One can have the outcome one desires and not lose anything at all. there are no tradeoffs so to speak.

As I prepared myself to channel, I attempted to contact the 7th dimensional being known to me as Ashtar, when instead of feeling my energy go upward and vibrate higher, it lowered and became more earth-based. I thought this was the elemental energies that came into me last year, so I let the following come out:

In all the time I have lived, I have never seen such a messed up place as this earth. The wonders of the world have been destroyed, the beauty of the forest has been cut down and the springs that ran for miles with crystal clear water are nearly obliterated.

I am He(name was like “Hans” or “Hems” with more letters following that I couldn’t see), Lord of the lower world and bringer of knowledge to you who have desecrated our lands. The underworld is that which exists at lower levels than what you have been feeling and sensing. I am not an evil energy, but merely one that is involved in earth’s transmutation and processes of evolvement. Consider me one of her angels, but I am also considered one of her keepers of mysteries. In light and love I come to you bringing you the trials and feelings of our nation. Under the ground within the soil there are lives at stake. The millions of tiny creatures that call the earth home are suffering daily in the wake of these most terrible abuses of your power here on earth. Come to your senses and stop forming ways in your mind to destroy the earth and her inhabitants but instead come to a realization of the beauty we impart to you.

Surely this earth is a reflection of the pureness of God the Father’s* spirit and intention. The earth in her natural state is the most beautiful place in the universe with all of her rolling hills and streams, the many diverse life forms, all which are balanced and coordinated naturally without any need for man to interfere. Your modifications here on earth are a creation of your ideas and humanity’s need to provide food shelter and entertainment for themselves. Can’t you see now that your ways have strayed from the once long forgotten memories of older civilizations?

In all her history, earth has never suffered so much at the hands of one of her inhabitants.
It is with great urgency we tell you again and again and again to fix that which you have broken!

Take to heart the messages we relay to you here today. I am He who represents and defends our earth. Coming from this perspective we have often thought to give you more warnings of our desires and the results are usually disastrous. So we have limited ourselves to occasional catastrophes. However now there is even more reason to bring a full scale assault to your attention. Nature will not be made to be your servant for much longer. For she is rising up to reclaim her glory.

Be proud of your heritage, your roots and your ancestors who understood the ways of nature, the ways to live in harmony with it. Not against it like animals without heart. For animals understand the balance of nature and never sin against her. They always bring their most confident and unique selves to the test and always show their true colors. No pretense in the natural world you know. Some species do show off, but others do it as a mating ritual. Others have learned to colonize others for their support. This happens in the natural world, and when it happens there, there is usually mercy.

What is this that is coming through?

The musings of a semi-retired god – one who once ruled the lives and hearts of men but who now is relegated to myth and fantasy. Yes, it is a call from Earth again. You need names and I have given you a name. I am a male, aggressive being who works with the earth in the process of self-recreation. The earth is my charge, my job, my duty to assist and I have felt the fears and the recriminations she has felt as a result of Man’s incredibly selfish and … ( I wasn’t sure what was going on here. This energy had anger, and most benevolent energies do not express anger, but this was a lower level energy than I had felt before so I stopped and asked the angels for assistance. It was then that this energy relaxed a bit and allowed a conversation to unfold and he coached me to adjust my vibration during this conversation)

It is with great honor I speak to you today. Lower the vibration and you will feel me. I am centuries old, ancient as the rocks and stable and content to lie at the bottom of the river like a stone. My home is in the land and the land is where your home is too. Be willing to stay with me for a moment as I know I feel very, very heavy to you.

Feel this weight? It is the weight of ages of ancestral love and knowledge that is stored upon the land and in her chakras. Mother the earth binds and holds us to her breast and to her heart in this way. We are her little people, her cells which she loves so much. I am not here to vent to you our displeasure at the state of the world. My vibration is lower than that and can become almost as the hum of the earth herself. Breathe and be willing to hold down your vibration a moment longer.

Heimdall is the name given to this energy that I am resonating. I call myself He or Hemsal. It is irrelevant the name. Just know I am here for the purpose of providing you with some answers. As you have found there is a new way to look at spiritual life. No longer are you clouded by dogmas or religions that make you feel as though you are not worthy. You are every bit as worthy as any other. Hold the vibration down again, please.

Basking in the glow of the sun, warm yourself outside and feel her love. You do not wish to harm your mother. You wish to please her and to allow her to lavish you with all manner of beauty and providence, plush and abundant foods, furs, animals, feathers, branches and sonnets make up the lot and there are plenty more treats for you in this world, if you but hold yourself to taking what you need, replacing that which you can and not wasting what you have taken. All these are matters of great urgency so please translate this to your followers here in this world. Take only what you need, use what you have, do not waste and enjoy the fruits of our mother’s bounty.

This is the reason I am here now. The horn has been sounded. Your ears have heard it. Who else among you has heard the trumpet blast? Who else is tuning in to the frequency of change and evolution? Not many, but this is the way it must be. You few will charge up and tell the many and the many will learn the hard way or the easy way what is right to do and where their lives are unfolding in darkness or in light, they will choose for themselves. The self selection process is underway and I am here to sound the horn for humanity to take the knowledge of the elders, knowledge of your ancestors and bring it back to its rightful place of honor.

Heimdall is the handsome gold-toothed guardian of Bifrost, the rainbow bridge leading to Asgard, the home of the Gods. The rainbow bridge seems to be a common symbol in many religious traditions other than Norse Heathenism. In the Vedic tradition, it represents the Antakaranha of humanity (connection between the body and the soul). Other traditions see it as a message from the Gods, or a Bridge between the Gods and Mankind. This would tend to indicate that the Norse/Germanic people were aware of the presence of an overshadowing Soul for each individual, as well as a group or tribal intelligence. It is Heimdall who is to sound the signal horn to the Aesir that Ragnarok, the great destruction (or transformation?) is beginning.

This religion, which I have never heard of before, that is connected to these gods sounds true to me and resonates with me as a familiar way of being in communion constantly with Source.

It's Asatru, which means " belief in the gods " in Old Norse, the language of ancient Scandanavia.

Ásatrú is thousands of years old. Its beginnings are lost in prehistory, but as an organized system, it is older by far than Christianity. Strictly speaking, since Ásatrú is the religion which springs from the specific spiritual beliefs of the Northern Europeans, it is as old as this branch of the human race, which came into being 40,000 years ago.

* "God the Father" - There were no words in my mind to give to the idea he was imparting to me of a "One consisting of Many Parts Singular Intelligence" - so he placed in here "God the Father" to make the correlation in my mind for ease of translation.

Turning Point: The Living and the Dead

Dear Angels,
What message do you have for me today?

Follow the innate wisdom of your heart. You know that we have been speaking with you for many years now. And that our purpose in coming into your life is to illuminate the darkenss, create a sense of communion with you to open up your hearts to our energy and light.

Forever and ever, we exist with you. Always with you. Loving you. Being with you. Seeing and feeling you.

Humanity has much to learn, but you are on the right path. You and others like you are coming together and learning how to emulate the love that you all feel in your hearts. This great coming together is an example to the world and to others that man can live in harmony and peace. There is no reason to believe otherwise. For the insanity of the actions of others has created a sense of hopelessness, but there have been many who have stood up to this insanity and have shed light and tears to create something new, to raise awareness.

It is critical now to change men’s hearts to make them over in the light of love and allow them to appreciate this wonderful planet. For too long now we have taken and not returned to earth what is due to her. Simply respect and love. Honoring her for her beauty and her bounty that we all seem to take and take and take without consideration for the others who also depend on her for their very survival. Your survival is not more important than a bird or a fish. You are all the same and you are even more responsible for the actions of men because this is what the earth is meant to do, to teach you how to be a good loving and responsible steward over your mother and your children. Your outstretched hands have to first work hard to show that they appreciate and love the earth that provides so much. They should be used in the work that sustains you. They should be helping others and building things that are useful and harmonious within the surroundings. Nothing should be placed within the earth that is harmful to her because it will become harmful to you in the end. No one person is more important than the next. Each of you is a living, breathing representation of the Father and each is holy and loved.

Build on your network of loving souls, those who share your love of the earth and your hopefulness for the change in men’s hearts. Break with those who do not understand the words that they speak and the actions they perform are hurtful. Make your acquaintance with those who are filled with love and light. Separate out from under the madness that surrounds you and return to a place of love, light and peace. All is well in our world. Your world is mixed with all kinds of realities. You must choose to live in the best possible world for the benefit of all involved. And keep only that which you absolutely require. Give away or recycle that which no longer serves you. Please do not try to own too many things. Things give you the false sense of security when in reality your sense of security is found in the freedom to be who you are and live freely within the loving arms of the Father. His abundance and glory and love give you security. Like the manna from heaven that sustained the Israelites, this is what we are imparting to you tonight. To keep vigil over this obsession with things. To tone down your wanting and needing and to look inward for the true treasure. All of the freedoms and desires of your heart are here and waiting for you to claim them. All you must do is abandon the false and embrace the real.

Determining which is which is the ultimate game of this planet. You can see evidence of it in all the creations around you that are beautiful and those that are ugly. Your creations reflect your desires. And up until this point, man has craved power, money and royalties. Wanting only to dominate, extract and fool those around him to his own benefit and pleasure. This way is ending now. NO longer will there be a place among the living for this kind of behavior. These are the living and the dead. Not the physical, but the spiritually dead. We see this as a turning point in your human history. The time when the living and the dead are coming to terms with one another. Abandoning the twisted dark reality of the dead and embracing the living, loving warm and fruitful reality of the good, benevolent peace makers, meek lovers and guided souls who love and warm each other with compassion. This is the world in which everyone is protected, everyone is guided, appreciated, sustained, enhanced, and made to grow into the most incredible version of themselves they have ever experienced. Love is the order of law here. Only love. Love rules every decision. People are helped, guided and supported through changes, through hard times, and in the end, the world loves and supports so many that it becomes a beacon of light to others in the universe. This is the earth of tomorrow, the earth of right now! The one that is becoming itself right now in the midst of this unfathomable change, spectale of destruction and death. This is the new earth of which you have heard prophets and visionaries speak. This is what we speak of today.

No longer standing idly by, you have been given the gift of prophecy, of vision, of energy and light to transform your world today and make it whole again. Once again make it have the magic it contained hundreds of years ago when the world was still teeming with life and energy and vitality. Right now it is hurting and hurting very badly. Earth is being tortured slowly and those who love her are being forever manipulated, deceived and persecuted. This will end soon, we guarantee it. No longer will there be this much destruction. If man is to survive, he must act now to change this behavior, this unwillingness to be honest, honorable and loving. This will change now and it will be a brighter future for all that are willing to ride along and give their energy and efforts to the cause of right living. Angels and beings of Light, Love and peace salute you!

All that is, everything you see, touch, taste, smell, hear, all of it is real. In your mind, this is a fact and no one can tell you that what you are seeing is an illusion. Doesn't it bother you when someone talks about everything being an illusion? It is because you are here, now, in this present moment a physical being in a physical world with objects that appear as solid and stable as the earth itself. Your mind does not like it very much when someone tells it that what it is experiencing is an illusion. People begin to take offence to this kind of concept and they refuse to listen to other points of view. But here is where the mind can let you down. When you shut off your ability to question your own reality, then you have locked yourself into what we call a "holding pattern". This is where you are for the moment held in a state of non-movement. Being held by what you perceive to be the real world or the truth. Yet, spiritual teachers speak of being able to change all of this reality with your thoughts. I too struggled in the beginning of my practice with understanding what all this talk of illusion and creating my own reality really meant. I found it extremely difficult to imagine that I had a bank full of money when paying my bills and seeing that I'd have to skip a bill one month in order to get the car fixed. It was a constant battle between what my eyes have seen and what my heart wanted to believe was true. Just saying the words, "I have lots of money in the bank to pay my bills and more!" didn't seem to be working. However, it dawned on me that without a true belief in the affirmation, it could not possibly come into being. I had to give myself over to the belief totally. And when I did, there was the money in the bank, there was the security I wanted. This may not be the wittiest way to describe an awakening, but it is plain and honest. By working with angels to clear fear and doubt from my body and mind, I was able finally to hold the very real belief in the abundance and love of the Universe, of God, and to trust completely that all my needs are being met. The "Kingdom of God" is a state of mind and heart. It is available now, to everyone, and it translates into seeing the world with new eyes and experiencing the oneness of all life. Being in that state of mind/heart allows you to flow into and out of each day with peace, not judging anything as good or bad, but just being with whatever is happening at the moment. More on this later, but for now, spend some time thinking about who you really are: a divine being, limitless, beautiful, powerful, perfect, wise and loving. Let yourself accept this and watch your outer reality shift to accomodate this new understanding. love and peace Rita

Shamrock Shakes

Having just finished an enormous Shamrock Shake from McDonalds, I question myself. Why? What made me drink this shake that was so incredibly yummy, yet so full of ingredients I don't want in my body. Now I feel all sluggish and fat! I know why. It was the picture of the shake on the menu board as I pulled up in the drive-thru to get my daughter one after her will overcame mine. Christina had been begging for one of these shakes since her girlfriend showed up with one at a party last weekend. That picture showed a glorious green drink in a clear plastic cup with whipped cream and a cherry. How could I say no?

It's a little early for the cool, minty seduction McDonald's usually offers this time of year, but I thought, well, what harm could come from it. Now I'm feeling the fullness in my belly - accentuating the bulging muffin-top that is currently spilling out over the top of my once loose jeans. But hey, life is short, and there's no time like the present to indulge in a little guilty pleasure. Live for today!

It was good, too good almost. I can't say that I'll be having any more before they are once again retired from the menu to await next St. Patrick's day. To do so would be sheer insanity. But, then again, it is only for a limited time.... :-)

Every now and then, we come to you to tell you about your life, to give you guidance and to shield you from unnecessary heartaches or pain. Today we come to you with a different purpose. Today we come to fill you with the spirit of life of love and of peace. Today we come to fill you up with all good things and to wash away the negativity that has accumulated in your bodies for so long. Now, at this time in your history is a momentous occasion! This is the dawning of the new age, the age of Light and of love. your love and compassion is an open window through which we can channel and send this love and light. You have opened it up to us and you are working to open others windows as well. For this you will be richly rewarded both in this life and the next! Rita you are being guided to enlist the help of others to be open channels for the divine love to flow into the earth plane. We say this to you with great conviction and purposfully exert much energy to tell you this in a straight-forward manner. Because in the past you have been children and now you are growing into young adults spiritually speaking you are being given tasks to perform. No longer is it enough simply to be there, although this is what you are expected to do and this is how you enlighten yourself thorugh opening up your channel, but now we ask that you also give this opportunity to others and host workshops and seminars on opening your windows for the divine to flow into and use you as a guide post to the earth bound spirits who need direction, love and compassion. Your love is facilitating this we are simply filling in the missing pieces for you, so go and plan this for there are many who will need the know how and there will be great numbers who will turn out to learn from you. Be brave and lighthearted. All your cares will be addressed and you will be given new clarity in ideas for your own prosperity and abundance to manisfest whatever you need at any time. be at home in your power dear servant, dear worker ,dear angel ! No Fear

Thanks to Kuan Yin and the helpful, healing hands of Hershel Yatovitz, I am completely free of fear. I can't really pinpoint what changed, but when I met Hershel on July 12th at the Keswick Theater and he invited Anne and I into the tour bus for a private counseling and healing session, I had no idea what what going to happen to me.

I didn't have to do anything. He placed his hands on my head and in places down my back. I felt energy surging through me. When he was done and we discussed what had occured, he told me that Kuan Yin, an ascended master and Buddhist deity, was with me. Hershel gave me a mantra to repeat to call in Kuan Yin's energy: Na Mo Kuan Yin P'u Sa

I have been repeating this, actually singing it, chant style - holding the tones and doing it in my car so I don't have feel as though anyone will hear me or interrupt me in the middle of this holy time of prayer and meditation. As I sing the mantra, I feel Her energy descend into my body.

I allow her to hold her presence within me and speak to my soul. Compassionate Rebel she is called, also the One Who Hears the Cries of the World. Kuan Yin's mission is to spread joy and love, compassion and healing to those who call upon her and she is known to come through every time without exception.

Like my favorite saint, Saint Jude, Kuan Yin could have ascended and moved on in her spiritual work, but she chose to remain present with us in spirit to help us find our own mode of happiness.

I don't know what really happened during that healing session, but all I can say is that I am no longer confused. I feel absolutely certain that all of my needs are being met and that my life's purpose and work is about to fully blossom into something gorgeous.

feeling pretty confused right about now... Angels, Help!!

I've been talking to my angels and they have told me repeatedly not to worry. But how do I stop worrying? I am still no closer to where I think I should be by now. I have no defined dream, no personal goals, no idea what I should be doing and nothing is appearing to give me any direction.

So what do I do?

I worry.

But the angels say not to worry. They've given me lots to think about over the last year and I have been enjoying this time to explore myself and my desires. I think that I will never have another opportunity to make it or break it and I feel pressure to perform up to everyone's expectations!

Angels,
What message do you have for me right now?

Just relax! there is nothing you are expected to do right at this moment. You are expected only to live in harmony and in love and you are doing just that! There are always the concerns of earth life, but we say to you, be glad and joyful! All your needs are met right now. There are abundant blessings surounding you now and many different paths to walk. As a child who is lost, you suffer from the inexplicable tendency to worry over trifling matters. The car payment, the mortgage, the kids college, all of these are trivial in our eyes. We sympathize of course with being a human and being set on this earth with a limited mindset and a knowledge of only what the world tells you. But we are telling you that perception is false! The only thing that is real right now is you and your love. Your love would not be creating a mess for you unless you had to learn something from it. So what have you learned?

Put it down on paper Rita and tell us what you have learned.

Okay, I learned that I can have, be, do or think anything I want.

Good, and...

And that there is an unlimited supply of everything I need just ready for my asking.

Okay, so what will you do with that knowledge?

I will use it to live a fulfilling life?

Yes! And you will practice faith and trust.

So this confusion I'm going through and this fear that keeps circling about like I have to make a decision, put the pedal to the metal and start making tons of money is just an exercise in developing faith and trust?

Not simply an exercise. it is a life lesson you are here to learn. And when you have completed it, you will be above and beoynd thinking about this over and over again. We simply want to let you enjoy your experience a while longer.

Yes, but I'm not really enjoying this crazy up and down, happy/sad, confident/scared thing I'm going through.

You said earlier that you are glad to have the time to discover yourself.

Yes, but my husbnad is getting nervous and I'm getting nervous because I know my safety net will be gone soon. And we just can't sell off our belongings and go live in a shack somewhere.

Is that what you believe is going to happen to you?

No, not really

Then start all over again and think about the beatuiful feeling you have when you are doing work that makes you happy. What works makes you happy?

Well, I get pleasure from cleaning, but it is hard work and it's not always enjoyable.

What about reading and talking, making discussions?

I do like reading books and other people's opinions then forming my own and sharing them with people.

What about doing readings for people and developing yourself spriutallly?

I love that! I could do just that and be very, very happy.

What about your art?

I feel like I need more training and I am happy when I am creating but fearful that it won't be good enough or creative enough.

What about writing?

I love writing. But I feel like I'd be just another fish in the sea without a good plan to market it and create it into a popular bestseller.

Why do you always hold the bar so high? Is it that you are trying to prove your worth? You are constantly seeking approval and it comes from a sense of not belonging to yourself entirely. What we mean is that you are distancing yourself from your true nature with each ring of that old bell. Not good enough. Not smart enough, not qualified enough. There is nothing you do not have that you need You need nothing more than what you already possess. Be who you are!!!

What do I do about the expectations of my family? My husband? My debtors? How can I do whatever I want to do and not take into consideration earning enough money to allow me to send my kids to college and retire in ease and security?

What makes you think that the Father would abandon you like that? Don't you see? You are his child, his inheritance is yours. You cannot with your limited sense of seeing tell that there is already enough for you and your family. You cannot see from your vantage point that there is a whole host of people and angels and spirits that work with you through the Father to produce results from your Love that will create more than enough for all your needs and desires. You cannot see that yet because you are still clouded with fear and anxiety. You are judging yourself and your ideas and your talents and your abilities. And your dreams! You are judging yourself too harshly and settling for that which does not make your heart sing. You are doing this out of a sense of obligation and a sense of what is expected of you by your friends, family and society. You must learn to separate from that expectation. Focus only on the work that gives you pleasure, know that you are being taken care of and your work itself will produce for you the income you desire. Begin to value yourself and your work now before you continue any longer on this path of looping circles as you call it. We are here to tell you and teach you, but you must believe and receive this gift that is yours. Do not delay a moment longer. Fulfill your obligations as a parent and wife, but be certain that your work which is that which gives you joy is yours to do and only yours . Only you can create this work for the Father. It is for Him that you have these desires and these joys. Do not make us spell it out any more for you. Now it is here and you understand it fully. Now you must begin the next day with different expectations. And put priority on the work that gives you joy.

Okay. But please help me. Take from me the thoughts that I have that force me back into the negative patterns. Pull from me any cords or attachments to those things that no longer serve me. Strengthen me in my faith and keep me focused on my joy and my love. Help me create the space and time to work on the art, the writing, the spiritual growth and the counseling for others. Help me figure out what I'm doing with the cleaning business. Please keep helping me. You have spelled it out before and I appreciate that, but I still need your support and love.

Child, you couldn't push us away with a bulldozer. We will always be with you and will see to it that you are guided more strongly. Our love surrounds you and we are here for you night and day. Never forget that.

Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the spirit of your Nations in prayer. We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the world; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many animal Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affected from the oil disaster in the Gulf.The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill, which looks like the bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes that we cannot afford to continue to make. Be Authentically YOU!!

What do you wish for?

Is there a dream you have for yourself?

There is no greater joy than the joy of living. The joy of being fully alive and present in your reality, for remember, this present moment is all that there is. The future is a dream, the past is a memory. So why are so many people unhappy with their current situation?

The road to awakening is different for everyone of us. But I can tell you that the moment I learned about present moment awareness and how to remain present was when the light bulb went on over my head. It's so simple and yet, so elusive.

It doesn't matter what you are doing at this moment. Just GET INTO IT! Try to stop thinking and analyzing and start FEELING. Use your physical senses: smell, sight, touch, taste, hearing to connect with whatever it is you are doing and feel how your body reacts.

When you learn to appreciate the present moment, you can begin to understand more about what you like and dislike. When you pay attention to yourself and your feelings, your actual physical feelings, you will know what you want.

I'll give you an example. When I was working in the business world, I had to dress appropriately in a suit, or skirt, heels and look the part of an executive. When I wore those clothes, my reaction was discomfort, a feeling of alienation and a sense that I was simply putting on an act. So for a large portion of my day, I was pretending to be interested in something that did not interest me and I was pretending to be someone I am not.

My dream, my feeling of joy comes from helping others. My passion is spiritual pursuits, art and writing. When I paid enough attention to myself in the present moment, I became aware of this disconnect between my authentic self and my facade. As I learn to trust that all I ask for is given to me, I become more in tune with what Spirit wants from me and I become happier and happier. My dreams are becoming real. You will receive whatever you wish for in divine timing and with surrender to the will of God. When you let Spirit guide you, following the cues from your body, your heart will soar and your dreams will become reality!

Ask your angels for help every day, for big issues and for small ones. That's what they are here to do, to help us learn to find ourselves and thereby find peace and joy.

Multiple Dimensions of Reality

There are multiple dimensions, some higher than we are and some lower. Each operates on different frequencies and vibratory levels. There are worlds within worlds and there is no real stake in the ground to define time or place. We are everywhere and nowhere in timelessness.

I believe that each of us is on a continuing mission to develop to the highest possible dimension which, again in my perception, is a point of singularity or oneness of being. As I sit right now, a physical manifestation of the Creator's imagination, I am in a physical dimension bounded by time and space. However, as a multi-dimensional being, I am also a sparkle of light, an atom of intelligence, a single cell in God's body. I have many bodies (emotional, mental, physical) layered one upon the other which operate sometimes harmoniously as one being and other times as a fragmented, broken (illness, emotional trauma, etc.) body. My "light body" exists in a timeless place and dwells in my heartcenter which at present can be physically felt using intuitive senses that create subtle physical sensations. At any time, I can still my physical body and senses, tune into my "light body" or soul or higher self, whatever term you choose, and "be" in the highest dimension to which I have attained a comfort level. I feel like I'm existing as an intelligence without form, communing with the very powerful LOVE vibration which we all are attuned to. This is our unifying vibration: love.

The beings I can channel and communicate with are in various stages of growth and can be in a non-physical reality which is just as real as this physcial one we inhabit here on earth. There is another earth also that exists in a non-physical state overlaid on top of the physical earth. We inhabit the same space. What we don't realize is that there is no such thing as death. Just as matter cannot be created or destroyed, we are neither born nor die, we simply transition from one state to another. Physical then non-physical and back again in reincarnation cycles. So when I refer to the other side or other dimensions, I mean that there are concurrent multiple realities that are operating at all times to which we as physical human beings are mostly unaware of but where all beings who ever were and who will ever be reside. We meet up with many of the same individual souls wherever we go. That explains the familiar sense you get when you meet someone new or an apprehension when you meet someone that you have interacted with before in a negative way.

Just like here on earth, we "hang out" with those of like mind, like vibration and resonant frequencies, so our friends like us and we like them because we're like kindred spirits. Those who do not resonate with us we don't seem to gravitate toward or we grow away from them. Each of us again is part of a bigger oneness kind of reality where we can never really know the whole story, so we have to learn to trust that whatever is going on in our lives, whatever our desires are or our instincts tell us to do, we should follow with faith believing that a higher intelligence is directing the show.

It's like God or Universe is weaving a tapestry and we're just looking at the individual threads and how they are being placed. We can't see what the picture looks like because we're not at that level of intelligence. I've communicated with people's soul mates who choose not to incarnate at the same time as their partner because they agreed during the life planning stage that in order for one or both of them to grow, they needed to be working with each other from opposite sides of this "veil". It's pretty mind-blowing, but over the years, I've learned so much from other beings and through direct widsom downloads that it just makes perfect sense to me and I only hope to be able to articulate it in a way that other people can "get it"

Always Learning

If there's one thing I've learned from talking to Angels, it's that there is so much we still don't know about life. I'm talking about life here, and life in a world that is non-material.

Every time I do an angel communication for someone, I learn something new. Like just last week, I was doing a reading for someone who wanted to hear from her father. I asked the angels if they could facilitate any messages from the father to the daughter. At first there was silence. I started to feel like I had lost my "connection". Then an image of a man working on a bicycle appeared. Then an image of him happily riding a bicycle. Immediately, I had the direct knowing experience of feeling what he was doing.

The angels finally answered me by saying he was working in his shop and was "busy", but then he decided he could spare a minute to say hello and talk. It was then that his message to his daughter began to flow.

This demonstrated to me what happens when a person leaves their earth life. They go on to live another life in another dimension where they are students, teachers, workers, all focused on doing something they are passionate about and all focused on learning something that will help take humanity to the next level.

We here alive today are charged with the very same task. The problem is that we are not educated to look for our passion and indulge our desires which would allow us to "work" on the tasks we are supposed to be doing. Instead, our minds get involved and the world itself with its rules, social norms and expectations begins to create for us a vision for ourselves that is based on fear, neediness, lack and separation from one another. We want what we think we're supposed to want because other people say it's what we should be wanting. When we've invested our time, money and efforts into this expected desire, what we usually find is unhappiness or at the very least, a discomfort with life that we tend to numb with sex, drugs, alcohol and closed-mindedness.

When we do what we're passionate about, life is awesome. It rewards us when we work with the goal in mind of helping others, or of doing a great job, one that we can be proud of. When we sincerely believe that everyone benefits from a job well done with passion and pride, we are living in heaven on earth. That's how it's supposed to be.

So if you're not completely in love with your life, first, give yourself time to sort this all out. You won't do it in a week or a month. It could take years. But start with the realization that you can have everything your heart desires. And soon you will realize exactly what that is and it may surprise you. Maybe you don't want a huge house with a big swimming pool and lots of cars and money. Maybe you'll realize that the simpler your life is the more freedom you have and then that's what you crave: creativity and freedom. Some things can't be bought. They can only be earned.

Life isn't meant to be race to see who has the biggest bank account in the end. It's about love, and passion, and having a good time. Laughter and fun are the rewards. A healthy body, mind and spirit are the outcomes. Good memories and cherished friends are the benefits. Learn to relax and enjoy this ride. Not everyone has the honor of a physical body. Go eat an ice cream cone!! Then sit in the sun and feel the heat on your face. Pet your dog. Tickle your kids. Take off your shoes and walk in the cold, wet grass. Watch fish in a fish tank. Squeeze your honey. Go. Do. Live!!

The Time is Right!!

Did you ever feel like the time is right for change? I have always been one to try to control when things happen and am usually pretty successful. But there have been times in my life when what I want to see happen is taking too long getting to me. I have finally come to the conclusion and the realization that there really is nothing that will come to me until it is the right time. Divine timing has been talked about by so many people,but you have to really meditate on that concept to get it through the filter of you mind into your heart center. Once you know it, I mean really KNOW it in your heart, then things become a little more relaxed. I remember Hershel Yatovitz, a wonderful entertainer and healer and past guest on our show say, "There are no wrong decisions". What he meant by that was that everything you have ever done, said or felt was what you were supposed to do, say or feel at that moment. It was already scripted before you were born. So this means, you don't have to go back in your mind to the past and reprocess anything. There are no "what if's". And you also gain the luxury of not having to project thoughts into the future, like my old-time favorite: what will I be doing in 5 years? Am I taking steps today to get myself there?

The fact of the matter is NOBODY knows where they will be in five years. All your plans can be set into a tailspin with a flick of the Universe's finger, so don't sweat it! Just be where you are right now. NOW. that's it! Yes, you can dream and yes, you can make plans. That's what we do and that's how we help shape our lives. But remember that everythign you currently have could be taken away in an instant. So appreciate it. Love it. Be in love with your life right at this moment. And when you start getting anxious about when your dreams will come true, remember that your good is being created for you in every sunrise, in every hug from your child, in every wag of your dog's tail. That's where it is. Relax a bit and trust that the Plan is perfect and what you most want in life is already yours. When you open your eyes like this, you're going to be amazed at how different life is without stress or fear or dread. Just do what you do and be who you are right now. When you are ready for the next great thing, it will be delivered to you.....right on time!

What question would you ask God?

I had asked many people in my social network for their response to this question: If you could ask God one question, what would it be. I received some amazing answers.

My purpose in asking this question is two-fold. The first reason is because I had invited on to my radio talk show a woman from Virginia who describes herself as a channel of a sixth dimensional group of beings known as the Novenian Masters. I had compiled a list of questions that I would ask a being who is residing in an ethereal state connected much more so in a direct way without the illusions of the material world to the "bigger picture". It was an amazing discussion and I will post a link to the audio when we load it up to our site this week.

My second reason is that I believe that asking a diverse group of people (you all) this question, I can gain insights as to your definitions, understandings, perceptions and realities and use that knowledge to gain a wider understanding of current thought on the topic of "God".

I do not think of "God" as a person outside of myself or in any of the traditional "old school" definitions. My reality can best be described as a knowing that all that is, all that exists, that moves and has being is One Universal heart that beats with love generating life, sustaining it, changing its form, creating and transforming constantly in a process of self knowing.

I believe we are all here as manifestations of the One's desire/thought to create us exactly as we are (with all our flaws) in order for It to fully experience awakening. Since the One is perfection of Love, It can only come to know a full experience of life by feeling joy, sorrow, and all of the emotions we humans experience. It cannot learn this without us. It knows how difficult this task is for us. That is why the love for us is so great. We are overwhelmingly loved and adored by this power and all higher-level beings both here in physical form here on earth and in the as yet invisible realms.

I also believe that in our physical world people are in various stages or levels of spiritual development. We are born in a state of bliss, fully aware of our oneness and perfection, yet with every new neural connection created through our learning, we begin our self-programming to accept what we are shown, taught, told, or learned as a means for self-preservation or simply survival. Through the process of growth, learning and interacting with our parents and all other people in our lives, we "forget" where we came from and begin to experience the idea of a separateness both from each other and from the earth we inhabit.

Turning to my own "higher self" or God on the inside, I obtain my answers. And I have found that what rings true for me may not ring true for you. Each of us creates our own reality both here and after we leave our physical bodies. I don't think there is any difference between being here in this body on earth or being in a non-physical form except that in the non-physical reality of I AM, there are no illusions. You see others by feeling what is in their hearts. Everyone will know exactly who they are and will have nothing but love and compassion for others.
Having said all of that, I pray. I find prayer to be a way of reminding myself to be humble, regarding myself as a very loved and valued spark of divinity that has a role to play in some grand plan orchestrated by a brilliant genius that neither I nor anyone could even possibly aspire to understand. And to be happy in that role, surrendered, loving the simple joy that comes from knowing I cannot make a mistake. There are no wrong answers. Everything I ever did and every decision, word, idea or action I take will happen in divine timing according to this plan.

My job is to pay attention to the Director (which I believe is the physical body) which is constanting giving us feedback on what we should or should not be doing. By learning to read my body, my energy, the feelings I get when I enter a room or meet a new person, I can be assured of an easier, more beautiful, loving and fulfilling life where all my needs are met. I'm continuing to learn trust and faith. These are I think the hardest lessons. Because you have to honestly believe that you are in It's hands, fully supported, loved and right where you are supposed to be doing exactly what you are meant to be doing at this moment. I also learned that when i get "stuck" or overwhelmed and unable to make a decision, I ask myself what path will benefit the most people? And take that route. I stop worrying and go out and do something for somebody, even if it's just calling someone to say hello. When you shift your attention to being of service to another, something magical happens. It's a great method I have found to getting back on course.

My ears have been hurt and my emotions are aching

I was feeling out of sorts this morning. I coudn't figure out why. After talking with my best friend, Anne, I did what she suggested and performed a smudging ceremony on myself then did an angel card reading for myself.

I don't know why I'm always freshly amazed at what happens when I ask my angels for help. Every time I do, they surprise me with validations and with insights that I myself would have missed entirely. In this case, the reading pointed me toward asking for angelic help in clearing away lower energies that my physical ears or ear chakras may have stored.

As I sat and meditated on the action steps outlined in Doreen Virtue's Angel Therapy card entitled Ear Chakras, I suddenly began to see in my mind's eye a slide show of every painful moment when someone I loved or trusted spoke words that were hurtful to me. They may not have known at the time the effect that their words had on my subconscious mind, but these were instances that are stored and they came flooding back.

The words were shouted in my head, "You're killing me!", "You're not very bright, are you?", "You would never make it as an electrician," "You'll never make any money as an artist," "You're ugly," "I hate you", "You're old and you look fat"

Not to mention a stream of other choice words I've heard through the years that were intended to cause me shame, rejection, resentment and anger.

All of these flooded into my consciousness as I sat and pondered painful things that I have ever heard. A huge lump formed in my throat and I sobbed, feeling as if each one of these memories was a bubble being grasped and gathered by Archangel Michael.

He was above me, catching each bubble as it floated up with the hateful words and images of people's faces as they said those words to me. He gathered the bubbles in his massive arms until there were no more bubbles floating out of my body. Then he tossed all of them up into the sky above him. It was like fireworks exploding. Each bubble burst into an explosive flame, then like fireworks floated down in little bits and pieces of burned ash. The ashes landed on the earth and disintegrated into her soil. I had released the pain.

The second card drawn was Archangel Michael who appears for me in almost every shuffle and deal of these cards. He wanted to assure me that he has not left my side and that he will continue to work with me, helping me to aspire to great things.

The third and final card was "Be Willing to Forgive". An appropriate card after what I had just experienced. Each and every one of those people who hurt me so badly with their words and judgements needed to be forgiven. My own peace and happiness depends on my willingness to forgive them. The action step on this card directed me to call upon Archangel Raphael to hear me proclaim that I am willing to forgive them and release all stored up anger from my physical, mental and emotional bodies. I released that pain in exchange for peace.

Each of us has been attacked verbally in our lives. We've all heard words spoken to us either out of ignorance or anger, or just sheer rudeness. Sometimes it is done in a playful way, which always makes me think of the saying, "the truth is often spoken in jest." So I know there is a kernel of truth when someone makes a statement that is hurtful, then immediately after says, "just kidding." I've done it myself, that's how I know how easy it is sometimes to hurt someone without intention.

I'm just so grateful that I have my angels to lean on for support and for their wisdom which never fails to amaze me in it's ability to heal. Thanks and praise to God for giving us angels to watch over us and guide us. We would truly be lost without their gentle loving care.

Kellly Hampton channels Archangel Michael

Kelly Hampton, author of “Into the White Light, Revelations of Archangel Michael”, joined us on our Talk-N-Angels radio show on February 4, 2010. Kelly has been gifted with the ability to channel information and communications directly from Archangel Michael and other spiritual beings. She thinks of herself as very ordinary. She is a woman who, prior to the age of 15 when her mother passed away, had no dramatic experiences of an otherworldly nature. She describes her journey as a series of unfolding events and teachings along the way that gradually allowed her to come to an understanding of her own spiritual truths. These new truths, feelings, intuitions and awakenings came into conflict with the teachings she grew up with and as she described this process I felt instantly connected to her. I knew what she meant as it happened to me as well.
Kelly explained that all journeys have many layers of acceptance that unfold as your life progresses along its path. There may be times when you feel that your truth is a bit controversial. But it’s all good because being true to what you believe makes you the authentic person you are meant to be.
Another valuable insight: Humbleness is the highest vibration. Jesus taught humbleness when He washed the feet of his disciples. This is a reminder that we are here to serve one another. It is also a reminder that everyone and anyone can be a teacher, from a well respected PhD to a child or even a pet. Do not discount the lessons that are imparted to you from the most humble of sources.
As we were talking to Kelly, Archangel Michael started to channel through her and she shared his words with us. He gave us exercises to help us understand the changes that will be occurring in the upcoming years. Those changes include balance, order and harmony. Children born today that are under the age of 5 are being born without judgment. To help us understand, Archangel Michael instructs us to do this exercise: Write down 5 to 10 things you have judged in the last 5 days. Then imagine the difference living in a world without judgement.
The word DEDICATION was highlighted as Archangel Michael asked us to think about what it means to be dedicated to your self, to others, or to the world. How dedicated are you?
Here’s another exercise to keep you focused on gratitude:
Write down all of your JOYS until you have a list that is 150 to 300 items long. Keep going and think of everything you can that gives you joy!
When asked if Archangel Michael had any parting words for our listeners, he said:
Love one another, each and every day.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love

Love, love, love. All around is love.

I made a decision to live from my heart and not from my head. I decided this year that I would dedicate myself to helping people in whatever way I am directed.

As Life would have it, several coincidences or rather synchronicities led me to contact a company that offers services to the elderly. I am now working part time as a home companion for the elderly and today I had my very first assignment.

I met a wonderful man today who is married 49 years to the woman of his dreams. They share a life filled with love. Everywhere in their house are signs of this love, pictures of them hugging each other, their children and grandchildren, there were poems of love and beautiful paintings of people in love. The whole house radiated with a powerful loving energy. And what else did I find in great numbers? Angels! They must have had 30 or more angels in that house. There were statues, paintings, bells, magnets, you name it, there they were sending another message of love. The angels yet again validated the steps I have taken and in doing so, strengthened my faith even more that I am on the right path.

The angels have helped me over the last year to make sense of my own fears, desires, and dreams. Through some magical process, I feel completely transformed. I know, really KNOW, why I'm here on this planet in this life. I'm here to help people.

I used to think of this desire to help as a motivation for finding work that would satisfy this craving. Now, I simply help and have turned over the entire question of how to make a living to the angels and to God. I am completely filled with faith that following my heart and the guidance that is provided to me is what my JOB is and that God's job is to take care of me and my family. Knowing this, I have lost all fearful thoughts. They are just gone. My attachment to money is gone, thanks to Archangel Michael, and the action steps I have taken through guidance from the angels.

I don't know what the future holds for me and I'm okay with that! Every day I focus on doing God's will which is helping people and I am rewarded with amazing experiences, days that are fulfilling, physically enjoyable and mentally challenging. My heart is in constant celebration of this realization.

How blessed we all are and yet we don't even realize it. I know now that there is no difference between being here and being in a non-physical existance. There is no end to the love that pours out to us every day from the Father in heaven. This is heaven, right here, right now. So I make out my wish list of everything I'd like to do, see and have while here on earth and I follow the guidance that leads me to activities which help other people. It couldn't be easier. All my needs are met! He gives me everything I ask for in divine timing. Voila! Miracles abound!!

Thanks and Love to all my angelic helpers, ascended masters and teachers both here and in the spirit world. Here's to living a life that is first and foremost an expression of divine love!!

Dear God,
I know that I come to you with lots of complaints and I’m sorry. I want to tell you how thankful I am for everything you have given me in this life:
My life, home, family, mother and father, brothers and sisters, husband and children, family and friends, Thank you for my furry pets and my fish and turtle and all the pets I have loved. Every person and animal you put into my life turns out to be a blessing of one sort or another. Even the ones that I found were not very supportive or nice.

I want to thank you for my body, for making me into a body that can do so many wonderful things like walk, run, hear, see, breathe and dance. I’m grateful for every movement I can make and for the organs, muscles, tissues and nerves and all the cells in my body that artfully perform the most amazing magic every second of every day to keep me running like a well oiled machine. But I know my body is not a machine. It is a living being with its own intelligence, emotions and feelings. It has its own dreams of being the best it can be and I ask you for the confidence and the will power to give my body everything it wants and needs to be at its best. I am so happy to be healthy, vibrant and alive.

I want to thank you for my bank accounts, my money, my possessions, my houses, cars and books. I want to thank you for the solar panels that are generating electricity. I want to thank you for the new heater and air conditioner, for the new roof and the beautiful and comfortable things in my home that make it a place I love to be. Thank you for constantly renewing my income so that we can sustain our life here in Cinnaminson. Thank you for giving me the money I need to pay my bills and to pay off my debts. This knowledge of your infinite abundance makes me feel so secure and loved, that I now want to make sure I acknowledge and thank you specifically for the money that so freely flows into my life blessing everyone and everything in it.
I want to thank you for the people in my life that have come to aid me in doing your work. I thank you for the people who need my assistance, who seek me out and who hire me to help them. I love helping people and it is a great blessing to be able to do what I love and feel needed and appreciated. Thank you for allowing me to be a blessing in other people’s lives, allowing me to bring them comfort and happiness, even if it is just for a moment. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you by serving the people in my life. I look forward to helping as many people as I can and by being a blessing to them, being blessed with your grace and abundance in return. My life is yours and mine and together we create the most beautiful things. I am so grateful to you for giving me a share in your kingdom and giving me an outlet for the creativity that you planted in me when you created me in your mind. Your vision of me is beautiful and I love the ability to live this life in your image.

Please forgive me when I wander and forget all the beautiful and wonderful things you are to me. Forgive me when I am asleep, unaware and unconscious of your amazing being. I know that you are and always will be pure love and that I am pure love. Unconditional love of the highest form flows into and through me from you, my source and creator. I love you. Please keep me focused on serving you in my everyday affairs and in staying focused on the reality of your divine and eternal support and love. Everything I make in this world is dedicated to you. I now totally and completely submit myself to You and allow and permit you to use me as you see fit, knowing that your vision for me is far superior to anything I could concoct in my own mind.

Let me be patient with myself and those around me when I feel that I am slipping yet again into a dark mood. Let me be patient with your Plan. For I know that you abide in me and I in You and nothing and no one can separate us. Let me be comfortable in your arms. Let me trust you completely. I give all my worries, cares, and anxious thoughts to you. I am completely in your care. Let my hands be your hands and your voice be my voice. Let my mind be your mind and let us be One as we are and will always be. Let it be evident every day I am here on Earth.
And so, I thank you, God, my everlasting Love, patient Father and faithful supporter. May I always be graced with your presence in every waking moment, and when I am asleep, please send your Angels to me to minister to my soul, to teach me in the ways of the Light and to instill wisdom, hope, love and charity into my heart over and over again every day, keeping it fresh and new with each dawn.

Thank you for all of the spiritual teachers you have sent me and for giving me a new appreciation and understanding of Jesus’ work here on earth. His life and journey explain so much to me and are an example of the path of life. I am grateful to all teachers and masters who have come before, for their courage and faith. I call on them now to instill in my heart the same measure of faith that they carried in their incarnate lives. I call on the ascended masters, saints, healers, teachers both known and unknown who travel through time assisting us in our journeys. May they be blessed forever in your kingdom. I honor their hearts.
Finally, God, let my dreams come true. Let me be a blessing to others while discovering my true talents and use them to benefit all of humanity. Let me have fun, travel, learn languages, paint, draw, meet new people, write, tour, talk on the radio, channel angel messages for people, provide psychic healing and information for people, let me teach, lecture and run workshops, let me help people become happier more secure and loved.

Being One with the Universe is Enough

I’m thinking about life again: how the world turns, people are born, grow and die. How we all affect each others lives and how we really only have one person to answer to, ourselves. God is us and we are God. All that is exists in the body of God and God is pure love. We are love. As love, we are beautiful, joyful and magical. When we forget that, we get sad and miserable. Our lives become unbalanced and our love shrivels up and shrinks inside us. When we are feeling joyful, we are alive, fully aware of our divinity, even though we may be unconscious about what we are feeling. When you hear a song and it gives you chills, when you hear a voice or the lyrics to a song or poem and it makes you weep, when you witness nature in all its grandeur, you know this is how we are meant to be: in joy and awe constantly. Appreciating and loving our diverse and beautifully unique facets, each of us is a jewel in a crown. We sparkle in our own way and each of us appreciates that beauty as we radiate out our own unique beauty to others. This is my dream: to be part of something beautiful and unique, to shine my light and see others’ lights, to join together on the stage of life and put on a good show for the enjoyment and appreciation of others. We are all together our own support, love and encouragement. No one is living life alone, for if they are, they are disconnected from reality. Reality is not what we see, hear or touch in this world, it is the invisible, the feelings we have, the love we feel, and the joy we feel when we are in harmony with everything. That is what is real. All this phony stuff is created by us and our own thoughts. If it’s all an illusion, then we can also create an illusion that is pleasing to us. But we first have to learn our lessons. The lessons are teaching us to overcome the world. What you value changes when you overcome the world. You still want to be comfortable and happy, but you regard a simpler existence with minimal needs to be comfort and happiness. Being one with the universe is enough.

Worlds Within Worlds, the Interconnectedness of Everything

While standing in the shower this morning, I felt a rush of inspiration. I had just the day before seen a man come out of a convenience store, tear open a pack of cigarettes and discard the thin plastic film right on the ground. Next was the silver foil insert, dropped unceremoniously on the ground outside the store where two available trash receptacles sat waiting for considerate people to deposit their refuse. Why? I thought. Why doesn’t that man understand that it is wrong to pollute? It’s 2009 for Pete’s sake, it’s not like the 1970’s when no one really understood the delicate balance the earth must maintain in spite of our abuse in order to allow life to keep on living here. Why didn’t he understand that it looks unappealing and dirty? Did he feel at all guilty about what he just did?

Another blatant example is cigarette smokers who flick their spent butts out of the car window. I see this all the time. Do they not understand that the cigarette butt is dirty, smelly, and pollution? Maybe it’s just cigarette smokers I thought for a moment. But that thought contradicts what I know of other smokers who never litter. My smoking friends are like that. They will snuff out the lit end and deposit the filter into a trash can, or they insist on collecting all their butts and disposing of them properly. No, it’s not all cigarette smokers. It is a person who does not understand or perhaps understands, but doesn’t care. I simply cannot understand why anyone would do such a thing.

For about thirty seconds I thought about pulling up next to him as he walked away from the store and politely reminding him that polluting the earth hurts us all and that he should go back and pick up his garbage. But then my fearful mind reminisced about instances of people getting into scuffles over the littlest things and ending up punched in the face or worse, dead. It seems that we humans are a complicated bunch, much more difficult to manage and to communicate with than any other species on earth. Of all the species on this planet: plant, animal, marine, insect or bird, only humans make their own reality by the thoughts they think and the beliefs they hold. Every other species follows instincts and natural laws that guide them in their lives. They perform amazing feats without ever being formally instructed or taught and we marvel at their ingenuity, caring and compassion.

A perfect example of this and one that is common enough for most people to understand and relate to is the birth of a litter of puppies or kittens. I recently took in a stray cat that looked like a kitten. She was so small and was literally just skin and bones. My heart went out to her and we decided to bring her home to live with our other pets, Boots the cat and Misty the dog. After talking to a vet about the proper way to introduce her to the family and her potential health care needs, I was advised to keep her in a separate room for at least a week and a half then to bring her in to have her tested for feline immunodeficiency disease. Since it is contagious, I had to keep her away from my other cat. After the required time, I brought her to the vet where she was examined and found, to my shock and apprehension, that she was not a kitten, but over a year old and pregnant!

Now here was this little cat (we named her Jasmine) who was barely an adult herself and she’s pregnant! After a while, we got used to the idea and were very excited about the idea of having the opportunity to witness this miracle. Not to mention, the sheer joy of having a bunch of kittens to play with! Jasmine was just as happy as could be with her new home, some nutritious food and the safety and security of the indoors. All the love and attention made her feel safe and calm. So when the time came for her to give birth, she knew exactly what to do. She found a spot. Not any of the places we had prepared for her, but one that was out of reach from the dog. It was dark and private and well protected from any possible threats. It was under my bed!

At 4:30 in the morning on a Friday, I heard a commotion going on. The dog had broken free from her gated area and was chasing Jasmine. She darted into my room and disappeared under the bed. I went downstairs to gate the dog again into the kitchen and when I came back to bed, I heard little squeaky noises coming from under the bed. I flicked on a light and watched in amazement as she gave birth to her kittens. Her instincts told her exactly what to do and she calmly allowed the miracle to happen to her. There were no displays of emotion or pain. She just let her body go into contractions and as the kitten appeared to pop out in a little ball of fluid, she licked and cleaned it, then ate the afterbirth. Apparently it contains nutrients and minerals that help her regain her strength and create rich milk for the kittens. She had four little babies; each one cared for exquisitely by a caring, loving mother. No one had to tell her what to do. She even cleaned the carpet when she was done leaving no trace of what had occurred there under my bed.

This story is important because it illustrates the main point here. Each species on this planet lives in their own world. There is the cat world, dog world, dolphin world, shark world, bee world, bat world, ant world, moss world, rose world, oak tree world, and so on. Think about it for a second. Don’t bees establish communities, have a leader, work together for the benefit of the hive, depend on each other for survival and create an environment where they can all live and thrive? The same goes for every other species. But here’s the important part. The worlds are interconnected. They depend on each other, too. So while the bees can be busy (no pun intended) working to create a hive, storing honey, procreating and establishing order and harmony, none of it would be possible without plants and flowers that they depend on for pollen. And those same plants that the bees rely on for life sustaining pollen need the bee to pollinate them, or they will cease to reproduce, thus dying off as a species. The flower’s very survival as a species depends on that little bee’s ability to float from one flower to another depositing pollen.

We humans are not different! We have our human world where we create cities and cultural centers, worship centers, shopping centers and entertainment centers. We have our traditions and our beliefs, all varying widely from one place to another, each culture a work of art in its own creative expression, look and language. Before world populations exploded to the levels we have today, when we examine ancient cultures, we see that they had great respect for the earth and the gifts she bestows. People took only what was needed and gave thanks for the bounty they enjoyed. They worked with the earth, not over it as a task master, demanding more output, tearing apart the very forests and rivers that fed them with abundance.

We are not meant to survive on this planet as masters of the earth, forcing nature to bend to our will and our needs. We depend on every other species and ironically, they don’t depend on us for anything. There isn’t one thing that humans do that contributes to the survival of any species, at least not to my knowledge. So we really are here as stewards of this great planet. There is a balance in the universe that must be respected by each and every one of us. Understanding this truth is a journey of discovery of the most amazing insights which rest at the core of our own purpose for being here, alive at this moment, on planet earth. Our future depends upon conservation and sustainable living, although once the understanding is gained those are naturally going to occur. Once you understand and appreciate just how incredibly important YOU are to OUR survival, your mind will change. Your thoughts about life will change and hopefully your actions will change so that one by one, person by person, we can stop lecturing each other and stop blaming others or groups or corporations or governments for our present lack of understanding and caring.

The earth needs us now to hear her. She has been abused and is asking us, in her own way, to stop and THINK about what we are doing. She asks us for help by responding to what we do with things like floods that wipe out cities, droughts that dry up the land so that nothing grows on it, melting the polar ice caps resulting in dramatic shifts in ocean temperatures that wipe out the fish we used to enjoy eating and radically changing entire ecosystems . All these terrible, horrible losses are the result of man; they are our own doing. We have to stop hurting earth for our own sake. After all, she will keep right on going as she has for millions of years. The earth will always win back and reclaim what was hers. The only thing we will successfully wipe out is our own civilization and species, just like other species and civilizations that have been unable to adapt to changing conditions. And though it is difficult to picture changing group consciousness, it is not difficult to imagine changing one person’s mind about what they do and the attitude they take toward the earth.

That’s all I’m asking for is for you to think about it and for you to make a difference in your world. Because just as there is a human world, there’s also the (insert your name here) world. And that’s where you have all the power to effect change, inside yourself. It will reflect out, be seen by others, be imitated perhaps, maybe even a group will come together of like minded people and that group will grow in popularity and in power. Then, policies will change on a larger scale and corporations will change and governments will change to support this new vision of the world. It is possible and it starts with you.

Dear Angels,
What can you tell me and others about a person’s life mission or life purpose? We all search for it, but what really is it and how can people know they are doing what they should be doing?

Life purpose or mission is a good way of saying God’s purpose or mission for you. For this life is meant to be a part of a greater and bigger picture than anyone knows. This life purpose is given to you by the Father before you are born and it incorporates the lessons you wish to achieve along with some other lessons that God wants you to experience. These are all negotiated and laid out well before you are given an earthly body. So for you, there is much to do in the way of self realization and self discovery. Uncovering your own weaknesses and flaws is much like a diamond mine. You must dig through much dirt and debris to find your diamonds and when you do they must be carefully examined, weighed and measured then honed into the finest sparkling gems. This happens when you do self introspection and self discovery. Being curious about yourself is a very healthy sign and one that is spiritually driven. It is at the top of most people’s minds because they are always ready to explore something new and to give themselves a chance to fully understand who they are. Our advice for you and for your listeners is to become one with God, to merge through meditation and to seek answers while in a calm and peaceful state. Come to Him with your arms wide open and your hands free of clenched fists, clinging to things and circumstances. Come to him like a newly washed sheet blowing in the wind, it’s ready to take the sun and wind and make it something beautiful and bright, clean and fresh. This is what you must do. In meditation, air out your soul. Bring it to the light of God and bask in His warmth. Receive his breath and live again, whole and complete. Do not wish for gold or riches, for these shall be yours once you have achieved your loving connection to the father.
The angels advise that learning what your life’s purpose or mission is directly related to understanding yourself. By spending time in quiet meditation, and by asking questions about yourself in that state, you will begin to open up the channel of communication with the divine so that your purpose can be revealed. Everything you are experiencing in this life, past, present and future, are all part of God’s overall plan for you which was planned before you were born. You participated in this planning process and when you became a physical person here on Earth, you started from the beginning to learn your life lessons. Sometimes it is through recognizing our own flaws and weaknesses as the angels say, that we can come to know what to work on while we are here.
He awaits you at this hour, so do not delay any longer. Find a quiet place to become still and empty yourself of all attachments. Be as a still pond and allow the father to enter into your heart center. Feel his warmth and love fill you and stay there for as long as possible. Even without knowing it you are receiving his grace and guidance. for it will become apparent to you in later moments when an urge or desire will creep upon you. A thought will enter your mind and you will feel compelled to do something. This is how He works and we facilitate this movement of thought for you. Our job is to stay ever vigilant and to answer your questions as much as we can without interfering in your own free will. This is never an easy job, but it is rewarding and we love doing it. Call upon us often to help lift your burdens. Our love can move you to new areas, bring you comfort and joy and it can give you much needed strength and support through any transition.
The angels advise to stop procrastinating!! It’s is imperative to your own happiness that you begin this journey of self discovery so that you can begin fulfilling God’s will for you which is your life’s purpose. When you empty your mind and allow the mind of God to flow into it during meditation, you become mentally prepared for anything that presents itself in your life. You have a much more calm demeanor and a more relaxed way of dealing with any issues or concerns. As you go about your day, the angels say we must be alert for special signs, thoughts or feelings that will compel us to move in a certain direction. These are the promptings of angels helping you to follow your path. Call upon the angels when you are confused or scared and they will help bring clarity and security back to your heart.

Love one another and give each other the full benefit of your gifts, whatever they may be. Your life purpose is but a moment from revealing itself to you. In every moment it is revealed. It is not laid out in stone to be looked up and read. It is revealing in each moment of each day. With every person you see, your life purpose is fulfilled. So do not wait for the lord. Counsel with Him for your direction then take each moment and turn it into a fulfilling present moment event. Everything is Now and Now is all there is. Be enlightened and awake now. Look at whatever you are doing and revel in it. Your work will come to show the glory of God in all that you do, no matter what it is. Your greater purpose is revealed to you at the end when all of it can be assimilated and put together. An inkling of it will help to guide you and this is what you will receive. So know and trust those divine inklings and be happy now. We love you and wish you all the happiness your heart can hold. Overflowing with joy you remain a divine child of God and our loving charges.
Love is the greatest power in the universe and by giving love to others through your gifts, whether they are your ability to make someone smile, or balance a check book, you are fulfilling your purpose as you go about your normal daily duties! I bet you never thought there was anything special about scooping the cat box, but the angels assure us that if we’re doing it with a loving heart, we are fulfilling God’s purpose. We all want to believe that we have some greater purpose, to become someone like Martin Luther King, Jr. or Neil Armstrong. But the lesson here is that ordinary people in the course of an ordinary day are being Love. We are being the miracles that we are meant to be for each other. We will never know fully the extent of God’s plan for us, which is what the angels mean when they say that your greater purpose will be revealed at the end. This coincides with what people who have had near death experiences describe as a life review. The moment you become free from the physical world, there is a new perspective gained on the life you just lived. And the Father’s plan is explained so that you can see where your life influenced others and where you missed opportunities for spiritual growth. The most important lesson here is to follow these three steps to understanding your life purpose:
Discover yourself by spending time in silence to examine your feelings about your life, your likes and dislikes. Allow the Father a space within to communicate with you.
Do it NOW! Don’t wait any longer and make sure you are looking and listening for signs so you will know what your next step should be. The Angels help with this every single time you ask.
Be present with everyone you meet and give lovingly of your time, talent and resources so that you can be a blessing to as many people as possible.
Following these steps, your life purpose will be one filled with joy and happiness and your every need will be met. Take time for yourself and give of yourself to the world.

Get healthy, it's your responsibility to your body. Think about your body like a child who isn't capable of caring for itself. It needs you to give it what it needs. When you abuse your body, it's like abusing a helpless beautiful thing that exists for only one reason, to be your "home" while you are here on this earth. Give it what it needs and it will reward you handsomely!!

You have the power to do anything you want, and starting with your physical body is the best way to take back your power. I went away for a week to a retreat where they only served vegetarian food and once I started eating it, and liking most of it, I realized that I don't have to eat the same way I always did. So I started looking up new recipes, trying new vegetables, and making some minor changes in what I consume. Here's some really easy basics to get started:

check the ingredients on anything that you buy (and I mean everything!). If it has "enriched", "high fructose corn syrup", "sugar", or "hydrogenated" in the label, don't buy it. It's a bit challenging because it's in most foods. Don't even look at the grams of fat or anything like that, just the ingredients.
Skip artificial sweeteners all together and use honey, or raw sugar to sweeten stuff.
Go to the Wegman’s or Whole Foods or even check your supermarket for the breakfast cereals that are made from whole grains. Throw out or finish up anything you have in your pantry now, and just replace the boxes with these better cereals. They are really easy if you're hungry and you can add fruit to it like bananas or berries.
Try Greek style yogurt, it's really creamy and delicious and gives you more protein than regular yogurt. Avoid the fruit-on-the bottom type of regular yogurt, and skip the stuff sweetened with Aspartame.
Buy whole grain bread that doesn’t' have sugar in it. Read the ingredients!!
Don't drink soda at all, even the diet kind. Drink water with lemon or iced tea – or even better, milk. Even low sugar juices are better than soda. Buy skim milk or 1%.
Don't eat anything after 8PM. If you get hungry, drink a full glass of water, and make sure you keep a water bottle handy throughout the day and just keep drinking it and refilling it.
No need to count anything or weigh in. If you just make some changes, you'll start feeling different. When you start feeling your energy come back more, you feel clear headed and a little lighter, start walking.
Do a quick walk around the block. Take the dog out with you if you have one and just go a little farther each time you feel up to it. Then go visit a local state park and walk the trails.
Breathe deeply into your belly a few times and really fill yourself up with fresh air. If you smoke, cut back a little every day until you're done.
Drink water all day. Buy a refillable water bottle and keep it handy wherever you go.
I quit smoking using a water bottle.

When I realized that I wanted to live and enjoy my life and not waste away from lung cancer, I just put the pack of smokes down, picked up a bottle of water with a sipper top and every time I had a craving, I popped the top, and sucked the water out until I felt the craving pass. Pretty soon, I was addicted to water bottles!! But that was easy to get over and the extra water helped flush toxins from my body.

The most important thing to remember is weight loss or rather returning to a healthy physical state starts in your mind.

Never think of using the word "try". Just try to speak right now. It is impossible! You either speak or you don't speak, you don't try to speak. Trying to get into better eating habits is a recipe for failure. Just Do It!!

Do not use the word "can't". That is the worst of the four letter words. It instantly sabotages your dreams.

Remember who you are! You are already whole, perfect, and healthy right now!
All this stuff that happens to us when we are here on earth is just a projection of our minds. You can change your thoughts and change your life. What you believe is what you receive. Imagine all the fun things you will be able to do when you feel lighter and healthier!
Cut out pictures of the places you want to go and the things you want to do. Make up a poster board with these dreams and look at it every day.

You are in charge and you have the power within you to change. Ask your angels for help along the way as they can influence your thoughts and actions if you trust in them and grant them permission to help. Without asking for what you want or for their assistance, they have to stand by and watch, letting you exercise your free will unless it's an emergency - then they jump right in to save you if it is God’s will.
So talk to your angels – they are like invisible best friends with access to unlimited resources and pure magic.
Then make your list of what you want in your life today and start taking charge of your life!

Pay attention to the signs! Love is in the air and all around you. It is literally filling you now with its peaceful rose and golden light. Let it filter through you from the animals, plants and trees, from the water and the rocks, from the grass and the winds, let the sun beat on you and fill you with the most beautiful energy. For this time of the year brings with it a longing to return home. Homecoming, being part of a natural cycle of birth and death, entering in to your mature years, these are all signs reflected in nature. For as you see the dying of the flowers, with their last few blooms, they speak volumes to you.

Don’t ever discount the lessons that nature imparts. Hers is a magical and majestic language that only those who are listening can hear. It brings unbelievable good fortune for those who listen and heed her advice. So stay tuned to the earth for at this time of year, you are being given special blessings. A warm hart to embrace you and a golden blanket of love which surrounds and protects you for the winter ahead. Yes, even in winter, there is life. For those of us who cannot survive in the cold retreat to the interior spaces we have created for ourselves. The squirrel to his nest, the bear to his den, the fish to the depts. Of the lake, these are our times to go inward and reflect to recuperate from the months of working in the hot sun and the time of growth turning to a time of maturity and finally to rest. Yet we seem to want to speed things up with the coming of the holidays. We ask that you this year, instead of putting on all types of formal gaiety in time for the holidays, to reflect on the peace that you wish to pervade the planet, celebrate your love for humanity by donating time and money and food and items to others. Clear out your own homes and obtain blessings by donating items that no longer serve your needs whatever they may be. Do not seek to gain much monetary reward for these items, but rather give them away with the intention of helping another get good use from them, and make sure that you receive the blessings should they come to you of donations back to you of needed things, even if it is money. Do not hastily discard everything. Take time to evaluate what you possess and look at the value it has given to you. Cherish your items, thank them for their service to you and give them a new life by giving them to a charity for new uses by some who will benefit from it.

Live in the present as much as possible. We here on earth are tempted to stay focused on either the future or the past. But the present is here and it is all that there is, so cherish it with all you have. Take delight in the gifts bestowed upon you today. Your food, bless it and energize it before consuming it. Take notice of the colors that surround you and the way that God and Nature takes care of everything. For you too are included in this. You are not separate from nature. You too just like the animals, insects, birds and plants are being cared for and are ingrained with instructions that allow you to care for others of your kind including yourself. Do not ever forget that, God is as much a part of you as you are of this planet and everything on it. It is all a reflection of God’s will and power, his love and caring. We are the body of God, we and everything that is is an extension, a reflection of him, an expression of Him. All that is is God, you are no different, so do not give in to fear. For fear is irrelevant and not applicable in this scenario. Your world is a reflection of whatever you choose to make it. So take responsibility now for your life and be the one who creates something beautiful with it. Use your natural talents and abilities and give back to everyone. Including yourself. Allow yourself to be rich, comfortable, rewarded and loved. For you are in truth all these things and nothing less. Anything less is a lie. Remember this always.

Dear Angels,
What message do you have for our listening audience this week?

Hold on to your hats! It is windy and winter is coming in swiftly. Yes, autumn has just arrived for you and your listeners, but there is a more important thing that is arriving now. It is the coming of a new age of understanding. Remember when you were a child and you couldn’t wait to be an adult? Well now it is the reverse. You are an adult and you are being asked to become as little children. A much harder task to perform. You see, being helpless is sometimes the biggest blessing of them all. In your helplessness, you have no choice but to allow the Father to provide for you. His choices and direction are the most beneficial to you at this point in time, so it is pointless to question it although as a child you are filled with questions. This is all good!! This is how it is meant to be. Yours is a journey of self discovery and in the process the discovery of what it means to be fully alive, fully functioning and what it means to reclaim your birthright. All these things and more will be given to you, pressed down and running over with abundance.

You see all of you listening now are on a special journey. You will come to know that which is real and true for you and you will come to embrace it as something special and unique about you. Your spiritual gifts will take on new significance. Do not be tied down to the physical plane and its many distractions. For there are so many ways the world can distract you from this your first and most important priority. Being in search of your truth is the most important activity you can undertake, for with it comes knowledge, power, grace and humility. Patience, kindness love and abundance follow along with happiness and untold joy. Just look around you and you will see all the splendor and Glory the Father has placed before you. This is what you are here to accomplish.

The sole purpose of your being here is to devote your energies to understanding who you are and regaining that part of you which was forgotten upon birth. So without delay, make a point to appreciate the dawning of each new day. When you eat your food today, focus on its origins and thank the earth and the animals and all who were involved in bringing it to you. Send them love and appreciation. Offer your appetite up to God as an offering and eat only what you require, nothing more. Do not fill yourself to overflowing. But leave a little room for your body to make use of the nutrients without over clogging your system. Be cognizant of your body and how it works for you, processing everything that comes into your world, your body is your station here on earth that acts as home for your soul, the placeholder for you among men, the vision that is to be seen by others you interact with and the most divine and holiest of temples there could ever be. It is holy. Treat it with respect and love always.

Give yourself and your day to the father in all you set your hands to whether it is making lunch for your child, or dropping your car off for an oil change, bring the Father with you and make your work an offering to him today. Bring it with all of your happiness and joy so that when the day is over, you can look back with gratitude at the wonder of your life in every little tiny thing. Do not be caught up in what you did not accomplish today. Just make everything you do an offering to God in thanks and praise for his giving you this life to live. Love people all day, show love by smiling, yielding, offering help, paying for someone’s lunch, giving a hand to someone who needs it, delivering coffee to someone, just do as many good and useful things as you can for others today. At the end of the day, you will have added many jewels to the necklace you are building of your life.

Do not give in to the temptation to argue or be right. For this spurns love and encourages differences, separation and hate. Always state your opinion with respect for all, making sure you do not stifle yourself, but being respectful of others and keeping in light all of your conversations today. Speak your truth gently and with compassion. Never put yourself higher than another or below another for you are all equal. These are the tips for living a wonderfully productive healthy and fulfilling life. Remember to love the ones closest to you and do not pass blame on to them for anything you find missing in your life. You are responsible for all of your happiness and pleasure in life. Make someone else happy today but do not sell out your own feelings. Be true to them and again as gently as possible with all situations. Be loving and kind.

Loving partners in God’s divine plan, Hear and obey your spirits. They speak to you today in a loud and authoritative voice. Do not shield them any longer, but let them have reign over you. Bring peace to those in fear. Bring food to those who hunger, Bring clothes to those who are naked and bring peace and love to all humanity. Ours is a struggle and the ego is sometimes so persistent. Be faithful and have courage for the wisdom you seek is within you and is always ready to pour forth unto those who seek it. Blessings abound for those who ask. Come to the table, eat and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Life rewards you when you have faith. As you have seen, love intertwines with all you do and lifts you to new heights. Be ever vigilant to cut off the gnawing voice of the ego. Tell it to sit down and be quiet. Your lord and master is in charge and He knows what you need. He fulfills all your needs. Sit back, relax and do your part by listening to your consciousness speak to you in prayer and meditation. Let it give you the messages you need. Divine Mother

I feel electrically charged right now. In my basement I have created a small space that I use for my “sacred” work. It is a meditation area and contains a small couch, an altar, some candles and of course my angel statue. I look at a picture of the Divine Mother and wonder how she is so graceful in light of all that happened in her life. She is the quintessential woman role model. Living for love and witnessing all manner of inhospitable things happen to her child. The mother loves us with an unconditional love many of us find difficult to allow into our lives. Because we are programmed from an early age to be self sufficient and to be a grown up about life, we are hesitant to ask for the nurturing and hesitant to accept the love that a mother wants and needs to give us. Hers is a divine love, filled with energy that far outlasts anything in the universe. Hers is a love that is pure and true. So why has it been difficult for me to allow and accept her love? I always seem to gravitate more toward the logical, the reasonable part of my brain, looking for explanations and proof, trying to find ways to demonstrate to people that I’m not crazy for believing in angels and for feeling the energy in a room when I enter it. Yet this quest for the reasonable explanation, the concrete evidence has left me cold and unyielding. It is only when we allow ourselves to be loved and nurtured that we find the true meaning of happiness, and happiness doesn’t need to explain itself. When I do allow the Divine Mother to enter, it is with quick loving bursts of energy that dispel all negativity, and then she is gone, almost as if she were a working mother with little time to spend, but making that time the most wonderful and honored thing there is. Using it to its fullest to impart the most love in the least amount of time. Oh, to spend more time with her would be glorious and would be indeed a treat. For the mother has so much to do. And she is forever wiping up messes and soothing the injured and downtrodden. On this earth, there is much for Mother to do, so as for me, I will pick up the children who have fallen, brush off their knees, kiss their wounds and wrap them in my arms. There isn’t much time, and there is so much to do.

Ego as explained by the Angels (group consciousness Abraham)

This is a direct communication as it came in from my angels. After sensing a slightly different energy in the communication, I asked who was speaking with me and it was the group consciousness, Abraham.

Dear Angels,
Thank you for being here today with us. What can you tell me about today that will help our listeners overcome their egos?

Listen and you will hear, we surround you with love now. Take our hands and accompany us to a place of peace and serenity.

The ego is a person that you invented for this life. It is only a masquerading shell compared to who you really are. The love and light within your soul cannot be darkened, except by the false proclamations of your ego. It is using your energy and power to corrupt and disfigure the beauty of your divine nature. This is what is meant by original sin.

The original sin is the creation of the ego at birth and the further conditioning of it as you grow and evolve in this world. The apparent or illusion of separation from spirit created the need to put up defenses and protect oneself from the destruction that is perceived to be apparent or imminent in the world. There are hundreds of ways people claim their ego, through thoughts of lack, thoughts of fear and harm, thoughts of lack of abundance. All of these things feed and further sustain the ego which is really and truly simply a creation of your imagination designed to protect you from perceived threats to your well being.

But it has risen in control and has gotten out of hand to the point where it begins to dictate to you everything you will do I n your life. It tells you lies about yourself and makes you feel unworthy of love, unworthy of happiness. Nothing could be further from the truth, for you are in your essence and in your heart of hearts a divine image and likeness of our father, his seed, his spark, fully entitled to all that He is and all that He has. You could never be separated from him because he is you and you are He. This is the profound truth that must enter into your awareness, then settle into your mind and finally, destroy your ego.

To usher your ego out the door and send it on its way, follow these steps:

First and foremost, thank it for being such an important part of your life by protecting you and making your who you are, for it is intrinsically part of your programming to receive an ego and the father would not allow this unless it was necessary for your own enlightenment, Overcoming the ego is the first step, so naturally you have to have one to overcome, yes?

This is important, second, tell it that is has no place anymore within your mind or heart and that it can safely return to source for reassignment to someone who needs it. You are not angry with it or resentful, you are gently ushering it back to where it came from and giving it all the love it deserves for serving you so well in your spiritual journey.

When it is safely out the door, close the door and put an imaginary chain or lock over it to keep the ego from returning. This exercise can be done each time you feel that it is surfacing again, because it will try to come back in through any point in your aura that is weakened.
Fourth, maintain your connection to the divine by spending time in silence to welcome in the new energy that has lain dormant for so long, it is here that you will see the dawning of your true self and the one that gives you joy freedom happiness and fulfillment. For it is real and whole and pure and good and it is YOU. Yes, without a doubt, your birthright is as a child of God so claim it to be your authentic true self and never again allow the worry, concerns or complaints of the ego to burst in and gain a foothold here anymore. You are on sacred hallowed ground when you stand before your God in pureness of spirit, stripped of the outer shell of the ego, you are cleansed and purified.

Now walk through the violet flame, envision it as a seven foot tall plume of purple flame that does not hurt to touch. It is not hot, it is vibrating at an incredible speed and when you enter it, your vibration is lifted, it immediately disintegrates anything in you that is not of the highest good and it allows you to purify your soul and spirit. So stay connected, immersed in the purple flame for as long as you need to and see the pieces of dirt and ash falling off of you on to the ground and dissolving into the earth, for this is where you are transformed and all past, present and future healing takes place. You are renewed when you step out of the flame and put on your new white robe and you are shining and illuminated, dazzling like bright white diamonds in a crystalline world where everything is shining and bright. This is why you like sparkly things, because you are a sparkle! Of Love!!

Now rejoice give thanks and become one with everything around you. Touch a flower, stroke an animal’s fur, be at peace with the world and love everything and everyone. Send out your love to all the earth and lift it up for God. You are a child of God clothed in his brilliance and bathed in his glory. To the almighty merciful and loving God, give thanks for the very air you breathe. Give over to Him and give your life to him, put it in his hands and follow his guidance for his plan is better than any you could imagine. Go now and spread the word.

Going to the Beach

I am packing up to go to Ocean City, NJ for a week with my family. Very much looking forward to cleansing my energy body in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and feeling the presence of Archangel Uriel as I walk on the sand. Many people find peace and serenity at the ocean and it is for good reason. As one of the most powerful expressions of nature, the rolling, churning sea with it's grand waves, eddys and froth remind us that even though the ocean is huge and powerful, it is made up of countless numbers of water molecules. Each of us is like an individual water molecule and the Father in heaven is like the sea. We are part of each other, one and the same. When I feel like I need to feel connected once more to the oneness, the universe, I sit and watch the sea and remember that I am part of it and it is part of me. I have that kind of power in me. I am at once both immense, eternal and infinitely deep and at the same time infinitely small as the size of an electron. This is a great way to remember who you are, who we all are. We are all part of the same universal energy - love.

Archangel Raziel

I have an insurance producers license that is due to expire on July 31st this year. I have to finish one more 3 credit continuing education class then complete my on line renewal to keep it from lapsing. So I'm sitting here working on studying this insurance material when I felt compelled to pick up my Doreen Virtue Angel Therapy Oracle Cards and give myself a reading.

I shuffled the deck until I felt frozen (that's when I know it's time to stop) and received three cards: "Ascended Masters" ( have been reading St Germain on Alchemy), "Cancel, Clear Delete" (a method to erase negative words, worrys and thoughts so they don’t manifest), and "Past life issue" (this one has a prayer to Raziel). All three of these cards were perfect for exactly the situation I have been dealing with. I have had a negative soundtrack in my mind that keeps me trapped in a worry cycle about money. The book I'm reading is a channelled teaching from the great Alchemist and Ascended Master, Saint Germain. It is amazing to say the least and I am learning so much from this text. The final card was a validation that what I had heard from two astrology readings, a healer and a psychic was correct, that there is a deep emotional wound or situation with karma from a past life that I came to this life to correct. I have been praying for help with this and recently asked Archangel Raphael to help to heal me.

The Past Life Issue card instructions and description provide a prayer to Archangel Raziel, one angel I have never called upon before, but have heard of. I read the prayer to myself, I asked Archangel Raziel to help release old pain and karma from a past life, then put the book down and went back to studying insurance. I started to feel light headed and dizzy. I stopped and closed my eyes. I saw and felt an angel pulling something long and tough out of me through my crown chakra. The angel looked of average build, nondescript, but strong and pulled and pulled and pulled on this long rope or tube or something. As it was coming out I saw myself clinging to material possessions while others around me starved. I saw myself hoarding things and denying them to others. I saw that I was greedy and unable to have compassion for my fellow man. This is very moving and it’s making me cry right now. I think this is the deep emotional pain I feel and that is why I fear losing control and not having enough. Because I was in my past very tied to material things and feared not getting my fair share. I thank you, Archangel Raziel, for pulling this from me. Please teach me how to be a generous and caring person from now on and help those who I may have caused suffering to forgive me for my ignorance.

What a blessing the Angels are, that they can come to us, stay by our side and give us of their strength, their love and their expertise to help us along in our journey of soul discovery. God, thank you for giving us angels and bless them always. Bless our ascended masters, especially Saint Germain who is working with me now teaching me a more indepth understanding of Jesus' words and teachings. I am truly blessed!

What do Angels have to say about us?

Every time I talk to the angels, they tell me how much they love us and want us to be happy. They are like your cheerleaders and your best friends. Except they won't ever ask to borrow money or for help moving, so for me, that's some friends with benefits! Seriously though, the angels I have been communicating with have been conveying a sense of urgency around getting people to know they are there and having ordinary people begin developing an awareness of thier angelic helpers. It's not because they don't like being ignored, they don't have feelings like those of humans, but it's because they are concerned for our welfare. Do you realize that this time in the evolution of mankind is unique? And that time is speeding up so that everything is happening at increasingly faster and faster intervals? I don't mean that 60 seconds is occurring in less time, but our human experience of those 60 seconds is changing - our perceptions are changing and that is what comprises our reality.

Seeking the help of angels is now a critical component to allowing yourself the opportunity to experience life in a whole new way. Because at this time there is a shift occuring in which some of us will begin to slip further down the slope of negativity while others will rise up the tide of hope and love. Changes are occurring in our world that are finally bringing injustice and ignorance to the forefront so that it can be dealt with in a new way. This is the time of change, of upheaval and of tranformation that precedes a new Golden Era. It may take a hundred years or more for humanity to make this leap, but it is happening now in fits and spurts all over the planet. I'm sure you can feel it. I feel it - it is almost palpable, the connection to everything and everyone.

Did you cry the last time you watched the news and found out that someone was murdered for no reason at all? Do you feel in your heart of hearts a newfound sadness for the mountaintops that are being blasted by energy companies to get at the coal underneath? Do you feel the fear for the polar bear who is drowning because there isn't enough ice to live on and he's spending hours and hours swimming, looking for a place to rest and hunt? It is happening now. We are all connected and if you are starting to feel those symptoms, then you're in the beginning stages of Awakening. It's nothing to be scared of, quite the opposite. It is something to be celebrated and shared. I am lucky enough, blessed really to have a friend who is on the same evolutionary path as I am and who shares these same thoughts and feelings. We can talk to each other about our experiences in a non-judgemental way.

Use your Talents and Gifts!

Are you really good at making people laugh? Do you find that you're the one who seems to "get it" when you're learning something new in a class? Maybe you have superior writing skills or the ability to play the piano. These are all your gifts. The angels tell us that the Father wants us to use the gifts and talents He gave to us to help others.

The communication I did with the angels just before our last radio show on Thursday is below. Think about what you are good at and think about how you use your talents and gifts every day. It doesn't have to be anything spectacular. It could be something as simple as the ability to organize your closet. Whatever it is, when you are doing it, you feel fully alive and fulfilled. You are filled with the loving energy of God and He is working through you to orchestrate the master divine plan. Each of us has a part to play, and using our talents and skills is what we must do to fulfill our destiny here on Earth. We are only here for a very brief time in the great cosmic scheme of things, so remember that always. Life doesn't start with birth and end with death. It is something that always was and always will be. You will still be you even after you are no longer physically on the planet. You will be in another dimension with other people doing other jobs and learning new skills that you will take with you to your next life. It is all part of the journey. So don't waste another minute hiding your light under a basket. Put it out there for everyone to see. Be YOU authentically. Wear what you want to wear, say what you want to say, and if you want to stop along the way to the grocery store for a milkshake, by all means DO IT!! And remember to enjoy every sip!!

Dear Angels,
What message do you have for our listeners today?

Be of sound mind when deciding how you wish to use your gifts and talents. Do not squander them before those who would not appreciate them. Your gifts are the totality of your offering here while on planet earth. Some people have the ability to make you smile, others have the ability to perform surgery, others make beautiful music or art. Some are fantastic parents. Your gifts are your gifts and they are given to you to be used to the best of your ability in the most comprehensive way to serve the Father. He gives you all good things when you honor and acknowledge those parts of you that are the most vulnerable. Your self esteem, your confidence your belief in yourself when they are strained, cause the lord to feel that there is an ungratefulness, For he gives you every good thing to use for the benefit of all. So remember to be thankful for your gifts no matter what they are, and do not hold yourself up against another in comparison. It is only with this wide and diverse population of people and talents that the divine plan can work in its divine order, so your part, no matter how small you may think it is, is one of the most valuable on the planet. Be trusting of Us to guide you in the use of your gifts. Please remain faith filled, joyous and hopeful. Do not let yourself be carried downward into sadness or fear. For these things only serve to weaken your ability to help others. Be of service to others and your needs will always be met. Your dreams light the fire of divinity within everyone, so dream your dreams and live to achieve them for in so doing you are weaving the fabric of everyone else’s dreams as well. Live joyously and live now, forever grateful for the Father’s loving embrace. Bid goodbye to your fears and embrace life with joy.

People thought I was crazy when they heard I could talk to angels and hear their voices, but...I do

I am sitting in my basement and have done Reiki on myself. My cat, Boots, sits behind me on the back of the sofa. He snores softly. The bubble and gurgle of the fish tank relax and soothe me into a deep meditative state. Billy calls to me from the basement door, “Mom? Are you down there?” With the children home from school for the summer it is difficult to find enough time to be alone and uninterrupted. I ask the angels for help in allowing me to communicate with them even though there are distractions. The cat begins to claw at my “nice” pillow. I say, “hey! What are you doing?” He meows loudly and urgently at me as if I have just ruined a very good clawing session. I give him an older pillow to take over, but he sniffs it and walks away. Now he’s checking out my daughter’s nice build a bear. Guess he’s next to be pawed and clawed.

I have been asking the ascended masters for help. I want to further my spiritual journey so that I no longer have fear or doubt. It is getting better, but I still have some concerns, mostly about money. If I had several hundred thousand in the bank, I wouldn’t feel this way. I would just do what I love to do with each day, serving God, my family and others, and trying to further develop as a positive person willing to do my part in God’s great plan. It would be easier if we were all born with a little downloadable file that we could read which would tell us exactly what to do to be in harmony with God’s will, but alas, then we would not have the great adventure which we call life.

The development of faith is a difficult path as it doesn’t necessarily come with instructions. Some people, like the saints and ascended masters, came into this life with their faith already intact. Others have to continually work on overcoming the man-made illusions that keep us trapped in fear. I am one of those people, bound by my own fears and insecurities, searching for the truth and ultimately for freedom. My definition of freedom is the ability to go wherever I want, whenever I want and to do whatever I want unrestricted by financial issues or other demands on my time or obligations to others. I guess it is possible to live unrestricted with enough money because with money you can hire people to take care of your pets, travel anywhere you want - it wouldn't matter, it would be covered. But you can’t walk away from your children and if they are in school or need your assistance with anything, you can’t just up and go, leaving them to fend for themselves, maybe if they are older, but not when they are younger. This is a sacrifice we make when we agree to have children – or pets I guess!

My dream is to be financially independent so that I can focus 100% of my energy on learning more about spiritual development. I love being on the radio and I love the people I have met. The work involved with the show is pleasurable and doesn’t really feel like work at all. I like this type of work and hope that it will bring an income to me so that I can spend all my time and energy on making the show more valuable to listeners. Talk-n-Angels should be the place where people can go for information on all kinds of spiritual help. They can meet new authors, try new techniques, learn about different modalities of healing and meditation. It can be a virtual community of like-minded people that welcomes the newcomers, those who are just starting their journey, providing all the direction and resources one could ask for.

I like talking to people who have concerns or who feel like they don’t know what to do. I like being able to help them with their decisions and to give them a sense of love and hope. This is the most rewarding aspect of what I do. I like it when people ask for guidance and help because I feel like I can work with their angels and spirit guides to help them find the answers they need. Maybe I can even teach them how to contact their own inner guidance so that they can get their own answers and teach others. This is the most fulfilling part of what I do.

If you are on a spiritual journey to discover who you are and why you are here, consider yourself very blessed indeed. For only those who are ready to transform begin asking these questions and that is half the battle. You are already half way there simply because you are curious. Look around at some of the people you encounter in your life. Do you see people who are still unaware of themselves? Do you meet people who are so self absorbed in their own minds that they don’t even hear you when you speak to them? Or those who simply suffer endlessly, always complaining about one thing or another? When you encounter a person like this, first of all try your hardest not to judge them, for they know not what they do and they need your prayers and support more than anything in the whole world. Don’t allow yourself to be sucked into their negativity or unconsciousness either. Just bless them, send them love and keep trying to explain how they hold all their answers and freedom right in their own hands if only they would ask for help. Tell them about angels and that the angels are like a pre-paid team of professional problem solvers waiting on the other end of the line for their call. Don’t worry about what other people will think of you, just be brave, take a chance and bring up the subject of angels. Most people believe in them anyway, so you’ll just be allowing them to open up , drop their defenses and really talk to you.
